I found this business of Facebook Marketplace because we are moving and wanting to update our decor. When we walked in the store, my mother and I, we were greeted by Satvir. His pleasant nature made us feel very comfortable. He went through various options for our needs. We left satisfied, excited and happy with our new purchas3e. I purchased a couch with my boyfriend, and we could tell right away that this was not going to be a very legit vendor and we went with it anyway. I feel a little bad that we wilfully bought from a sketchy vendor only to turn around a complain that it was sketchy. However, I'm posting this review nonetheless in the interest of being informative for anyone considering buying from them. Pros: Affordable Cons: You etransfer them a deposit and then have to pay the rest in cash upon delivery.

Very sketchy. At first I questioned if we were buying a stolen couch, but a stolen couch would be better quality. You do get a receipt, but you might as well not because it says "NO RETURNS" in big red letters, which no one mentions until AFTER you've already paid the deposit, and according to other reviews, they will not give your deposit back. It took us over a month to actually receive the couch after we paid the deposit, and getting updates was frustrating.

They tried to sell me assembly for an extra charge even though there was nothing to really assemble. We just skrewed on the feet and that's it. Complete scam. I had to sign that I received the couch "in good order" even though it comes all sealed up in a box. Sure, I could have kept the delivery guys waiting while I unboxed it to make sure it was in good order, but this took a while and I didn't think they would take too kindly to that, they are on a schedule after all.

The quality of the couch is very ok -- it's small enough to fit in my studio apartment with a living room the size of a shoe, it's not super comfy but not uncomfortable, the material doesn't feel especially pleasant but it's fine. It is, frankly, the kind of couch you buy when you're in grad school paying university tuition for the opportunity to do an unpaid internship.

I would consider buying from them risky. You might end up with something that'll serve you well enough if you're really that hard pressed for money, but my final recommendation is, to quote my boyfriend's review, to "spend the extra 100 bucks and go through a real store".

A step up from a snake oil vendor. Don't bother, spend the extra 100 bucks and go through a real store. Then claiming I've never purchased anything to absolve themself of any criticism like true scam artists. My girlfriend and I have been dealing with you for over a month and even now as our transaction is being laid to rest still you insist on spewing dishonesty, a lack of awarness and an overall abysmal customer experience. Your inevitable demise cannot come soon enough

Scammers. Me and my boyfriend came into the store looking for a couch and saw one that we liked but we wanted to keep looking for other options. We gave a deposit of $50 just so that we dont lose the offer. Gagan, one of the staff members said it would NOT be an issue if we changed our minds. Came back to get our $50 back because we found a better offer somewhere els and Gagan denied the deal he had promised us, we said we would gladly take something els that is worth $50 and every offer he made us he would bump up the price twice as much. Make sure before signing any papers yu record everything they tell yu!

With the current lockdown, I was very skeptical of buying furniture without seeing it in person. I purchased my bedroom set and sofa set from here - I received my complete delivery in less than 24 hours from ordering. The whole sales team FaceTimed me through the store and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting. I am so impressed by the AMAZING customer service and selection. I am 100% coming back here.

This is the worst place to buy furniture. Initially they delivered a Sofa which had a defective seat. When complained, they said they will replace with a new one. When they delivered the second Sofa, the pillows were crushed & flattened and colour of the sofa was different. So, asked them to replace them, which they did. The third time they delivered a sofa with same side corner pillows.

During the third time I asked them to install the sofa at their warehouse and check for any defects and then send, if it is good. But they didn't check and sent me the sofa. I have to visit the store for 4 times to change the sofa. There is no option to give no star. so I gave 1 star. It's been 4 months I had the sofas. They are wasted already. When you sit in the seat, I feel like sitting on a spring or wood. It's better to pay extra for warranty products not for this kind of stuff.
