Frank Roe Furniture

I've have purchased from Roe furniture Several times. I'm always very pleased with my purchases and their service.

We bought a loveseat from Frank Roe furniture unfortunately it had a defect they warranty it and replaced it with a new set. When I'm in the market for more furniture I will most definitely go back to Frank Roe furniture 100% satisfied and would recommend them.

We went into this store to find a recliner. The two men behind their big plastic sheet never came out to see if we needed help. My husband had to move furniture back himself so I could stretch out in a recliner to see how I liked it. I actually liked it a lot, but seeing that they apparently didn't want to make a sale, we left. So sad! They could have made money today. Terrible customer service!

Very nice furniture but the sofa and love seat I liked didn't match and they didn't offer a matching set.

Really nice people and reasonable prices. They deliver and set up, that's a big deal to me! If you're looking for furniture give them a look. I've not been well or I'd have already purchased mine!

I bought some Catnapper recliners from here. Was not pleased with them. I didn't even have them for 3 months and they are already broke. They wouldn't recline back. The workers are very nice and polite but I don't recommend getting recliners from here. I don't know about all the other furniture from here but again don't recommend recliners.

We bought Speed Queen washer over the phone. They answered all of our questions and led us to Speed Queen. They delivered exactly what we wanted. Exactly when they said they would. Installation was quick and professional. Excellent.

We purchased two recliners and within six weeks one of the chairs was broken and the second one was on its way. We called and they sent a representative out to look at the chairs and said they would fix them, they just had to order the parts. We called the owner and told him that we did not trust the chairs, that if they broke that soon we didn't want them and would they make an adjustment and at least refund part if not all of our money. Itt took three phone calls and finally the salesman had to tell us that no refund would be issued.

They did come, pick up the chairs, repair them and return them to us. Who knows if they are fixed. We would not recommend doing business with these folks. We are getting rid of the chairs and are out almost $1,400. Buyer beware

I have shopped here for about 8 years. Good quality furniture with easy financing recently purchased sofa loveseat tables and lamp. Local free fast delivery. Pictured is black sofa and loveseat. The tables and lamp are shown with sectional. Purchased on a Saturday delivered Tuesday am.
