Service was good no complaints there. I do feel if Smith Furniture is going to offer delivery and charge $70 for this service, the customer should receive their items that day. Instead of having to set up an appointment for items that said Customer has already paid for. Thank you! :

I have reviewed them as far as shopping goes, but this one is specifically for their repair and delivery crews. They are real good folks, and get the job done right. I had a three day turn around where they grabbed the couch with the problem fixed it and got it back better than new. Cant thank those guys enough.

Couldn't be happier with our new dining table/chairs and kitchen island! Rachel was a great help finding exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process super easy. They delivered our pieces for free within just a few days of purchase. Russell and Mike were so kind and careful getting the pieces into our home. They inspected the pieces to make sure nothing was damaged in the moving process and even answered a few of my questions about setup so that we won't have trouble if we need to move it ourselves in the future. They were an absolute joy, I'm super grateful!

We went in to find my son a new bed and we were greeted promptly and given straight forward advice and help from Scott. He made sure we had all the information and time we needed to make a decision that fit our needs perfectly. I would recommend Smith Furniture highly!

These guys are amazing. Best price Best Quality So many things are Made in USA but still affordable! if you're looking to update your sacred space at home, you gotta shop SHF! These guys were very considerate. Their customer service, ease of access, financing, and selection all hit well within the best possible experience. I would undoubtedly return to shop with these guys again, and would whole heartedly recommend that you give them an opportunity for your business.

Lots to choose from and good quality just with a really big price tag. The difference in price between cash and financing was very low. You would think you'd get free delivery on $7000 worth of furniture.

Rachel will take excellent care of you. Tell her the color, the shape and a design and she will point you in the right direction. Lots of selection here. We looked at 20 items picked out the one we liked best, and said. DELIVER IT.

Shopping at Smith's is always a good experience. I like it when Scott is available. He finds out what I am looking for, shows me what is available, and walks away so I can wonder about and decide. He is always close enough for clarifications or to measure something for me without hovering. Selections are good, and comparable prices.

I've purchased a few items over the years from Smith, the staff are always helpful and kind, however this visit Carla went above and beyond any other associate that I have interacted with at this location she was kind and knowledgeable throughout our entire visit. We visited with our two young children of 2 and 7 years old she made sure to involve them in not only the shopping experience but also went above and beyond to ensure that they had a wonderful experience as well, providing them with cookies and water. Hands down I believe that Carla is one of the most informative and one of the few truly customer focused associates at this store and would recommend anyone planning to do business with Smith to give Carla the opportunity to wow and impress you with her extensive knowledge of the products and her kind and customer focused attitude!

We had the best experience! Mr. Hall helped us out and he was very knowledgeable. He ran several options for us, gave us space to shop on our own first, and he answered all my questions about financing. He was also very understanding about us not being able to get it delivered until after we get carpet. Very nice. Will be going back for sure!

This business was recommended to my husband and I by a friend in the area. We are new to this area and had no idea where to shop for our furniture that was affordable, yet good quality. Not only did we hit the jack pot in these areas, but we also had the most wonderful salseman helping us out. Scott, you were such a huge help! We have been to 3 other furniture stores and walked away from all of them because they just didn't fit the bill. Scott heard us out in what our journey had been like so far, listened to our needs/wants and helped guide us toward a decision!

He was not pushy, he was not pitching for a sale, nor was he hovering over my husband and I. He genuinely cared and wanted to help. He would answer our questions, then show us some ideas, then give us time to think and talk before coming back over to see how he could help further. We took up hours of his time and he never grew frustrated with us or short in temper/patience. Thank you Scott for EXCELLENT customer service and going above and beyond that of a normal salesman!
