Friendly and professional! Their sales rep took time to hear what we wanted and showed us how it would look/fit in our home. Delivery was great too!

My husband and I had heard good things about purchasing from here and they didn't disappoint. We worked with Shonna when we arrived and she was so helpful! We looked at different types of couches and fabrics and she was very knowledgeable in everything that they sold! She constantly kept in contact with us about when they would arrive. Even the delivery team and other staff members were courteous and helpful. If you purchase anything from there, ask for her! We are so pleased with our new couches and everyone who has seen them loves them!

We have been looking for new living room furniture for awhile now. Went into EF Brannon today for the first time to just see what they have. Callie greeted us, explained how the store was laid out and what sales were happening and then periodically checked on us. When we were ready to start asking questions, she never rushed us and always offered us tons of options and ways to customize while staying within our budget.

Not only did we pick out 2 leather couches (that we customized with different leather), she also helped us pick out and design an accent chair and down pillows that tied in our paint scheme at home with all the new furniture. Instead of getting something generic and basic from a big box store, we have a very sophisticated living room set that is durable, long lasting and fits perfect into our new house. Would highly recommend.

Would have bought furniture we liked but sales person wouldn't let us shop in peace. Even with subtle hints, they just kept hovering and talking and talking. We finally had to leave. Bought furniture there several years ago and had a great experience. Maybe if they wouldn't be so aggressive next time.

Best quality of furniture out there. We've bought two couches, an oversized chair, and a swivel.chair from E. F. Brannon. Durable and well built are understatements. The prices are higher than a lot of lower quality places, but it is justified by the quality. Plus, it's a local business. The staff are really knowledgeable about not just what will work for your need, but also on style!

We had an issue with a piece of fabric coming unpinned. I made a quick call and within 24 hours they sent someone to take it out of our house and to their shop to fix it. They did not charge us or make a fuss. They truly are a great company to work with!

We bought a $4000 custom made wrap around sofa with 3 recliners in it. We also purchased the extended 5 year warranty with it. After the sofa arrived and having it for a couple of days we noticed a tear in the upholstery on one of the arms and a couple of tears on the back of the 2 of the 3 recliners(that we did not do)The store claimed that the sofa was a wall hugger.

It's not. After calling several times and leaving multiple messages we finally got a response from the person that sold it to us. She stated that someone would come out and assess the problem. They did; a couple of days later. We were told at that time that the problem would be corrected and there would be no charge to us. That was almost 2 months ago.

We never heard anything. We called back again several times left messages and talked to employees there. We were told that someone would call us back. We're still waiting for that call. I was reluctant to write this review but when you pay over $4000 for something and get the extended warranty you expect the best not the service we have gotten.

Had furniture that we ordered delivered yesterday (two weeks ahead of schedule) and the delivery men were so very polite, and made sure that everything was set up just like we wanted! After they left, I noticed that one leaf of the table had a piece that was broken, and called the store. They immediately sent over someone who fixed the broken piece on site-and he was extremely nice and polite as well. We have purchased many items from them over the years, and will continue to, in part to the great customer service we have received!

We went in to EF Brannon looking for bedroom furniture and fell in love with so many sets. We finally settled thanks to help from a sales associate. Stephanie Kent was our sales associate and she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for! She remembered my name when I made my return visit to order the furniture, it's the little things like that, that let you know someone took the time to pay attention. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture or home decor.

I have purchased several beds, a mattress set, a kincaid coffee table and two sofas from E.F. Brannon and I highly recommend them. Good service, the staff let's you actually shop without their hovering around like other furniture stores. The number American made pieces there is much greater than other stores as well.

I purchased 2 chairs for our living room from E.F. Brannon Furniture Store. I had heard great things about their store from friends - but had never been there before myself. When I first walked in, I was surprised at the size of the warehouse and selection of living room sets. They also have a great design center with a lot of fabric choices and helpful designers in-store to assist with picking fabrics and giving recommendations for furniture styles that would go with our current leather couch.

The chairs were delivered on time and look great. They are great quality and very comfy. We are currently working the E.F. Brannon staff on a rug for our living room. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new furniture or mattresses!
