Hemlock Hollow

We had the best time at Hemlock Hollow, and will be back this winter. Beautiful and cozy BIG cabin! The kids enjoyed it too. Finn packed the snow bank down so it was safer for them to play outside. He was so friendly, and so helpful, and the kids had an absolute blast out there. We will be back!

The people under the new ownership of Hemlock Hollow are awesome! We stayed for over a month and we enjoyed every bit of it. They were very helpful and did their best to attend our needs. Definitely recommended!

This place is really beautifully decorated with vintage style decor and big spacious rooms and even the whole house itself. A plus point, you get to enjoy your morning coffee in a 13- weather with a beautifully gorgeous morning view from the front door. And also don't miss out to go by the skiing place near by this specific location of the house. ENJOY!

Scam artists. Do not book with them! If you already have then I highly suggest taking photos before and after you leave! They are a rental property management company that takes money from customers when they break things but then expect the owners to replace it without giving them the money for the damages. They dont clean properly, you wil find feces, food, drugs and what ever else across the rental if you take a quick look about before settling in.

I found weed and cocain on the dresser and pee around the toilet. They ignore you when you have a complaint with their work and try and make you feel bad for making a complaint. Its really sad that even when they dont provide sheets that they still cant clean to a professional standard. Their website has false information on it for bookings, saying the rentals have more amenaties then they do.

They are only in it for the money and get away with it since no one else does rental management on the mountain. Heard from locals that they were running illegally up until this year too. And those rude responses to other people reviews are priceless! Haha really makes me not want to book from unprofessional people like you! Hahaha

I stayed in "Nature's Diamond" - the stairs outside have a broken step and are tilted down, with no rubber or ani slip surface on the wood, no salt/de-icer or notice to bring our own. Outdoor lights are out, you have to play detective and find out the Christmas lights which are plugged in from the basement area (where the outdoor light also doesn't work) are your outdoor lights.

The rental company provided 0 help with this. Once you get passed that, my 2 year old managed to find a broken power socket with exposed wiring, and a broken closet door, I took pictures. I used tables and chairs to block those areas off as more family with their kids were joining us, this is ridiculous. To top it off, were greeted by some dead mice inside the closets, rat droppings on the bed, and various light bulbs that were out.

The whole cabin would be very nice with some minimal maintenance and cleaning, but as it stands it is falling apart and with all the safety issues I pointed out, this is not family or child friendly. You should fix it and clean it properly before charging people money to stay there. After mentioning these issues to the front desk upon check out, I was greeted by sarcasm. Amazing service.

We came in a group of 9. Communications during booking weren't great (we booked around the time the road slipped), but the actual accommodation was great, beautiful views and close to the mountains.

My family and I have been coming up for the past 3 years in a row now. This is our annual Christmas getaway. Marty and Richard are incredible! Friendly, very accommodating and just all around great people to deal with. Ending off a year at the cabin is something we look forward to, and we will continue to come back for many years to come.

We didn't stay here, but bought eggs bread bacon pizza etc. Very reasonable prices in their store, so didn't have to drive down the mtn. Very friendly people.

The chalets are dated and we were only given 2 keys between 11 people which was cumbersome. The owner charged us 160$ for not mopping when no mops were supplied. I would not go here again. Other accomodations on the mountain are much more modern and friendly.
