This serenty hot tub w sweat out from aerobics will have me 75% less pain level than w out. I only use thc and heat and cold shock therapy at home it is the best health investment except for the coming choosing my IA doc.tired of the children running the hospitals after surgeons are finished:)! I relize I'm fortunate one:)!

We bought a swim spa recently & love it! The delivery & customer service have been fantastic!

I ordered some chairs and waited five weeks for delivery but then found out it was going to be another 6-8 weeks. I got my money back but of course it is everyone's fault but his. This while ALL the states are relaxing their covid rules. He refused to make it right! Do business at your own risk, you have been warned! DO NOT BELIEVE HIS REPLY! HE IS A LIAR!

This is our 4th deck designed by Outdoor Rooms, and it perfectly turned our outdoor space into our most favorite relaxing spot. This store has it all for designing outdoor living. The best part, when you shop here, you feel like you are on vacation, and then you get to bring it home. Love it!

I found a primo ceramic grill online one morning at a very reasonable price. Ordered it and within a couple hours received a phone call confirming the order and setting up delivery. Grill was delivered in two days everything was perfect. Delivery men were very courteous show me how to operate it. In all it was a wonderful experience. Thanks Outdoor Rooms by design!

Thanks to Randy and Brett for the great service today on our Marquis Hot tub. Tricky problem that was our fault was quickly diagnosed and solved! Kimberling City is fortunate to have such a high quality operation supporting our lake community.

Quality store with a lot of grilling and smoking essentials that can be tough to come by around the lake plus beautiful furnishings. Sam was very knowledgeable on merchandise and gave me good advise when I asked.

We are very happy with our experience with Outdoor Rooms by Design. Randy was very patient and took the time necessary to help us. On the way home, my wife said, "I shopped around a lot for patio furniture. This set is the patio furniture of my dreams." Once it was delivered it, she loved it even more.

I took my 15 year old chairs that were purchased there for replacement of the seat fabric. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them about a repair estimate. I called and was told that someone would call me back. It didn't happen. Two days later, I called and talked to Randy. He admitted that he hadn't done anything about the repair and "I'll call you tomorrow morning with the information".

That didn't happen either. 11 days after dropping my chairs off, I went back and retrieved them to take to another professional. If it takes them that long for an estimate, I shudder to think how long the repair would take. I'd like to use them this summer. So, if you expect support and service on what is sold, go somewhere else. (Footnote: I'll be buying my new hot tub from a different vendor.)

We bought four chairs, a footstool and side table made by Seaside Casual 8-9 years ago. We have had two cracked braces over the years. In both instances the repairs were made at no charge on our deck. Last week we were painting the deck and moved all our furniture out in the yard under the tree. A storm came through and the tree fell over completely covering the furniture.

We thought for sure everything would be broken. To our surprise when each piece was pulled out they were only slightly misshapen. Once they were in the sun a few hours they all returned to normal and look like new. The furniture was expensive when we purchased it but the performance now nearly 10 years later has been incredible. It was well worth the price we paid. We couldn't be happier.
