I went in to Douglas Furniture today solely looking for a King mattress and box spring along with two twin sized box springs. I had previously ordered a large amount of furniture from a large box store, and this was brought up in conversation. Ethan, my sales rep, asked if my items were able to be refunded since they were on back order. He asked for me to give him a chance to price everything out.

I gave him all the info - and wouldn't you know - Ethan made it happen. Not only that - but he also assured me that if something wasn't delivered by my April 1st date - they would find something to replace that item until mine came in.
