Even with the purchase of the needed impact driver for assembly purposes the grand total came in way below what I could buy one of these log beds for from the local furniture stores. The order came in a timely manner but you will need a little patience as they hand make these as their ordered, but hey free shipping! Thanks so much Twist of Nature your end product was great.

I stumbled upon Twist of Nature website while searching for a Rustic Bed for my Log Cabin Home. I recently purchased the Standard Log Bed, Queen. It is incredibly beautiful. The unbelievable talent and craftsmanship that goes into making these beds is amazing. I just purchased another one today in Full for my spare bedroom. I will support this Small Business in the USA rather then to buy anything overseas that will fall apart and twice as expensive. Twist of Nature Customer Service is also outstanding with almost instantaneous replies to any question or concern which is unheard of these days. Please keep up the good work and thank you! Dawn

I purchased 2 beds from this company. It started as excitement and anticipation.it ended in regret and extreme disappointment. Horrible experience The fact that several of the spindles were not lathed properly.and would not fit into the head and footboard rails. I had to hand chisel the spindles so they could fit and the bed could be properly assembled.it took the better part of a whole day for each bed.

I made their customer service and owner aware of this.one of the post's were pre drilled improperly.so when the lag bolt was inserted it split the side rail.this was also brought to to the attention of their customer service and owner.as far as the thickness of the mattress. I was going to have them make 2 new post's to accommodate my mattress height adjustment.i was told the charge would be just the cost to ship the posts. when I recieved the invoice the charge was different than what I was quoted.and was 1/3 the cost of the entire bed for 2 post's to correct the height adjustment of my mattress and a separate charge for 3 blocks that support the bed which was told to me would be no charge that was omitted in the original order. i declined.

In my opinion this whole experience was unexceptable.regrettable and a horrible experience. In my opinion.taking into consideration the time it took for me to modify the bed so it could be assembled properly the damaged rail which has started to split more and the post starting to wobble. and the cost to modify the 2 post's which I was told would just be the cost to ship them. i declined because the charge was different than what i was quoted.which in in my opinion should not cost 1/3 of the entire bed.now I'm left with an unstable bed with a split side rail and a bed that looks out of proportion.

And the task of trying to find a company that can help me with this. Doing the right thing is always the right thing to do.this could have been handled in a much better and professional manner

Very nice quality and great communication with the team! The logs look awesome and we assembled them into beautiful 4 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 full over full bunked bed). I love the 4 nightstands we purchased as well, again great quality and looks. The communication with Tonya was excellent. She kept me informed about the production and shipping status and worked with me on the delivery date and location. I strongly recommend this company and their products.

They made me the log bench, high back chairs, and sofa table bar with stools. High quality work, and they can customize to your specs. Plan ahead because it takes time to build because it's custom.

Great Service, and great Selection. Bought my Mom a Live Edge Coffee Table. I ordered it ONLINE, it was packed well, arrived before expected and looked better than the Pics when it arrived. This company makes beautiful works of art that I am proud to have in my home. I bought a blanket ladder for my wife and it is absolutely beautiful. They even shipped it overnight at no cost to me to make sure I got it before Christmas as promised.
