Homer has been our address since 1946. In 1982, we opened a 2nd showroom in Metamora. Our product has always been fine cherry furniture. In this era of assembly line, chip board production, we still build each piece according to personal client preferences, using the best quality wild black cherry lumber. The Sampler offers traditional American designs.

The Sampler showroom & salesperson were very nice. They offer a variety of designs & hand rubbed finishes. It's a bit pricey but they will custom build furniture to fit your tastes or needs.

Now retired, I have been coming to The Sampler throughout most of my life. Each visit has been a joy just to see, and touch, the exquisite solid cherry furniture these craftsmen make here. Today I ordered three custom designed pieces. I await their completion and delivery with much excitement. Eventually, they will be passed down in my family.

Great Chery furniture made with the old traditions of quality. Definitely NOT throw away furniture. Bruce is very friendly and personal! Special open house with wine and cheese the first Saturday in November.
