We purchased several rooms of furniture from McNabb & Risley. The furniture is outstanding quality, the delivery team is amazing and the designer (Suzie) was great to work with! All around great experience! highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jenny and McNabb and Risley for the last 2 years. Everyone in this store is immediately friendly and welcoming without being pushy or hovering. Jenny was very patient with me and understood that I don't make decisions without considering all the options and McNabb and Risley has many, many options. She respected our budget and need for practical solutions in our living room and den.

I never thought I could have 2 beautiful rooms of furniture, lighting, floor and window covering that completely updated my style and offered the most comfortable and functional living spaces we have ever had. Jenny's sense of color and design helped us completely re imagine these rooms beyond our expectations! We are absolutely thrilled with Jenny's expert ideas and guidance and couldn't be happier with the results.

When I decided to lighten up my den, Nicholas and Gretchen were such helps. They were patient as I fleshed out what I wanted and the result is a wonderful new room. I traded a heavy dark leather couch, chair and ottoman for an oatmeal sectional and round ottoman that not only look so much fresher, but are so much more functional and comfortable. From welcoming owner, to knowledgeable designer, to the friendly office staff, I could not have asked for better service and could not be happier with my purchase.

I Have been working with Jenny at McNabb and Risley on decorating my home and she is wonderful. Their selection of not just furniture but decor to complete your room is amazing. The quality and uniqueness you cannot find anywhere else. I must have called and text Jenny 1 million times to get her opinion on the room we were working on at that time and she was always quick to respond with her thoughts and ideas. Thank you Jenny for your time and patience. I highly recommend McNabb and Risley and Jenny.

Having downsized and moved to our lake cottage, we needed to redecorate our living room. It was a big shift for us as we formerly had all antique furniture. With Susie's help, we found just the right fabrics and styles to reflect the beauty of the lake and our new lifestyle. It's stunning! It's modern and traditional at the same time. It feels. bright, fresh, & uncluttered.

As each piece was unwrapped and placed in the room, I felt a little burst of joy. The delivery team was courteous and all pieces arrived in perfect condition. Now, thanks for all the great service, and we will settle in and enjoy our lake house living room.

Just completed redecorating much of our first floor in our Whitefish Bay home. Krystle recommended colors, fabrics and pieces that blended seamlessly from room to room and introduced interesting and complimentary styles! She listened and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I just got my table today and am love! I worked with Gretchen and had a great experience! Her knowledge of products, eye for design, communication, and non-pressure approach was perfect! She helped make. sure the color was perfect and the table was in my budget. Delivery was easy and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I highly recommend McNabb and Risley and Gretchen!

I purchased a custom made sofa/love seat at the end of February with a delivery date late in May. One of my biggest concern, given the pandemic was their ability to deliver the furniture without big delays. To my surprise my furniture was delivered with only a two week delay. Needless to say I was ecstatic with their service and extremely pleased with the furniture. I plan on shopping at McNabb & Risley first on all my future furniture needs.

We visited McNabb & Risley in the first place because we wanted a professional designer to help us choose the right pieces for our home. We did get that wonderful assistance from Gretchen. But we got a great deal more! When the chairs we picked out were delivered to our home, there were a couple of issues that we wanted to discuss with our designer, Gretchen. Gretchen introduced us to the store manager, Michael.

I cannot begin to describe the commitment we saw in these kind people to support us. Nor can I describe adequately our appreciation to Michael and Gretchen for working with us to accomplish an outcome and a level of satisfaction beyond expectation. We are delighted with the gorgeous furniture in our home and the service that accompanied our furniture. Thank you McNabb & Risley!

My daughter and I first discovered M&R about seven years ago. We were so pleased with the various purchases we made and decorating advice we received over the years that we naturally turned to M&R again when we purchased our new 10,000sf home in River Hills in 2018. At first, we were disappointed to learn that the decorator who had assisted us so. ably in the past had retired - but then we met Jenny. Jenny jumped into our project with both feet.

She came out to the house while it was still in the throes of a major remodel and listened carefully to all our plans and ideas. Not only did she recommend pieces that were perfectly suited to our dream scheme, but she took the initiative to suggest.

Our experience continues to be fantastic with Mc nabb and Risley. Gretchen is nothing short of amazing with her customer care! My husband immediately felt comfortable working with Gretchen, which was important because we knew we would need to furnish a new lake home. The idea of this was daunting but Gretchen made it easy. Her design esthetic was spot on but she also understood our goals of being mindful about price. We have many more pieces to purchase yet and look forward to working with Gretchen on this!

Horrible recent experience. My wife was going to be in Mequon and I suggested that she stop and look at sofas as we are looking to replace our living room set and had previously done business with McNabb. As she was walking through the showroom she took her phone out to snap some pictures to share with me items of interest and was quickly told that it was their policy to not allow photography in the store.

I am not sure why they have such a policy. I was at Ethan Allan and Penny Mustard just yesterday and came home with numerous photos. If they are so paranoid that someone is going to steal their design ideas perhaps the salesperson could have offered to give my wife a catalogue and dog ear pages with her items of interest. Instead, she just let her walk out the door - to clearly never return. Amazing!

Wonderful sales people; quality furniture. We've gone back to them several times, sometimes for sale items "just to look, " and walked out with amazing bargains, and sometimes for a specific need. We are moving now, to another state, and wish we could take them with us!

I love this place, I bought my furniture there 5 years ago and it's looking good. I have changed out the pillows to revamp my look and I usually try to get different accessories each season. I love the Mc Nabb and Risely cause they helped me pick furniture to meet my life style and helped me to narrow down what kind of trend I am. Thanks so much for your help my house looks great and my furniture has survived a move across country, a dog, a 1 1/2 year and husband!
