Even hauled out 3 pieces of furniture to Goodwill for us. My fiance and I were passing thru Ellensburg and saw a beautiful hickory bedroom set in the store window. We ordered the furniture on Monday and it was delivered to our home in Everett that Wednesday! I was pleasantly surprised! My wife and I live in Yakima and decided to travel to Fitterer's as there is nowhere in Yakima to buy quality furniture.

Absolutely the best customer service. They knew instantly what I needed & gave me multiple options. Plus what I found to be a higher level of why to shop here. they asked questions about our needs beyond anything we considered. Example. they asked if I had headaches or joint issues or using a c-pap while discussing new mattress options. Never. did I think to even consider that.
Plus during the recent extreme heatwave with record breaking temps I commend them for not allowing employees to deliver during the heat. They're truly a gem in our community.

Have used Fitterer's for couple years. Staff is great to work with. Always willing to sit down and find the top quality furniture that fits your needs. They have several floors for the showroom and more catalogs than I could count filled with options. We love this store and the people that work there. We would go out of our way to come here. Fortunately we live near town so it is easy.

I am moving into a new house and have been working with Kelly at Fitterers. She has been very helpful and has presented many ideas for purchasing new furniture for my home. I did order a dining room table for my new house, and when it was delivered, I realized that the color of the table did not go with the other colors in my home. Fitterers was. very understanding and willingly picked up the dining set a couple of days after the phone call.
I ordered another dining table and chairs that I believe will fit with the colors in my home. I am so impressed with Fitterers' customer service and their willingness to help with furnishing my home and the assurance that they want me to be happy with my purchase. My wife and I live in Yakima and decided to travel to Fitterer's as there is nowhere in Yakima to buy quality furniture. We will never go anywhere else again. Selection, quality, customer service is off the scale. We were going to Seattle and are glad we stopped at Fitterer's, big city selection with unbelievable small town customer service.

We worked with Brad to redo our living room. He cared more about meeting our needs than he did about making the sale. He helped us select the Flexsteel furniture that is right for us, and wow! The furniture is comfortable and of the highest quality. Great brand, great selection, great service. We will buy our furniture from Fitterer's in the future.

Established and family owned since 1896, Fitterer's is a total gem. If you're looking for high quality furniture you absolutely need to check them out. I recently had the pleasure of creating a Google 360° virtual tour for the store (which you can see here by selecting then maneuvering through the photos with circular icons) and was truly impressed.
