Purchased 3 sale items in the shop and was told delivery would be within a week for two items which were correct and on time but initially went to the wrong address. I contacted the shop and sent a text to the warehouse and asked them to update my address before the third item is dispatched. Delivery date & time was messaged to me. I had to text (1) for yes and (2) for no. Warehouse also messaged a reminder the day before delivery.

All items in good quality and arrived on time as agreed. Ps - Book case is advertised as large, I would describe it as tall and narrow. Perfect for my space. My third item arrived on time but again to the wrong address, in the wrong colour. For this reason I returned the order and received a refund. Unfortunately, I won't be using Irthlingborough branch again only St James retail outlet Nants.

Disgusting staff including the manager Molly, shouting at customers and when she didn't agree with something just shouting NO is not on. Very disappointing and I will never shop here again. AVOID unless you want to be shouted at and disrespected. I feel sorry for the people who have to work there under her.

Having purchased a dining set of extendable table and 6 chairs recently and delivered today I find the quality not good and having contacted the company advising they were not fit for purpose as they were I'll fitting and one with no thread at all. The office disinterested wanting to bring them in for them to fit! The sales are good but the after service is very very Very poor and totally lacking in Any customer care or concerns.

Had a fair bit of furniture from here in the past but went over today for their "everything must go" closing down sale. Saw something that I wanted and even though the price was discounted, when I asked what the best deal was on the item I was told that the price written on the ticket was the best they could do. Apparently I couldn't have the showroom model either as it was an item that could still be ordered. (?) Despite being a repeat customer and having a letter from the company stating that WE URGENTLY NEED TO SELL ALL OUR STOCK AND NO REASONABLE OFFER WILL BE REFUSED - I find that this is not actually the case and a lot of the stock will still be available after they have re-branded. I feel extremely let down and a little bit cheated by deceptive marketing. Very poor.

The worst customer service experienced. Multiple failed deliveries, damaged goods and lies. Lack of correspondence to emailed complaints. Avoid at all costs.

I have previously bought quite a lot of good quality furniture from Old Mill. Thus visit was because they are holding a closing down sale. Lots of nice things but I did not buy anything. Store is being refurbished and will reopen.

Lots a different styles of furniture here, it's a great place to walk around you never know what you will find. There are some great small bits if you don't get anything big. Staff are helpful and they take care of all your needs.

Great place, plenty of furniture choice. It can get busy at the weekends and parking is limited, so week visits are recommended. Upstairs and a downstairs. Small items from candles and plants right up to larger beds and wardrobes.

We visited the Old Mill today and were served by Derek, who was very helpful in finding a sofa that would fit our living space. There were lots of great reductions on lovely furniture. Definitely worth a visit!
