These guys are awesome! Bought a Herman Miller Aeron around two years ago and since the arms have gotten loose. Called them up to see if it was still covered under warranty and they told me to bring it in and they'll fix it free of charge! Left it with them for a couple of days. Today, when I went to pick it up, they've cleaned it, painted it, and replaced the damaged parts, free of charge!

I offered to pay something but they insisted that it wouldn't be necessary. They are the friendliest people and I highly recommend them for any and all of your office furniture needs!

This place is great if you need decent looking furniture at a reasonable price. We had a small project that we needed to get done and we didn't want to spend a ton of money and CFR Store fit the bill. The sales people were very responsive to all my emails. They delivered when they said they would and the installation guys were great. Everyone was professional and easy to deal with. We'll definitely keep them in mind for our next project.
