Went to the showroom in Holyoke to look for a used office chair. Great service. Staff assisted us to find a quality chair in our budget. Same price as ordering a new low-quality chair from somewhere but got a much better chair. Thanks.

Employees were nice but I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe shopping here because not a single person working there wore a mask. If you're cautious about the virus, I'd highly advise against shopping here.

We stopped in today because we needed a single office chair for a home office. They had a great selection of new/slightly used Steelcase chairs as well as other brands. We chose a Steelcase for just over $200. Ariel was friendly - and importantly knew the chairs on the showroom floor. They also had plenty of furniture, bookcases, etc at reasonable prices. Worth checking out for those looking out for home office furnishings.

Critical:Value The assistant manager got me fired because i didn't let him borrow anymore money from me and never once told H.R or one of the other workers to be careful almost killed me and others quite a few times.

I met with the sale representative-Jon Sheffield, spent over an hour walking around the warehouse picking out furniture, he said he would email a quote by the end of the day.its been over three weeks, no quote or phone call. Got the impression he only wanted the customers who were buying large quantities of furniture. Somewhat unprofessional as he was taking phone calls during our meeting.
