I've been calling and trying to get help purchasing a chair from this place for a while, and they either don't pick up, or say theyll transfer me to sales and SALES doesn't pick up. I'm going to go in person, and if it's any better I'll bump up to 3 or 4. Edit: I went in and my experience was much much better

At the beginning of the pandemic we got ergonomic chairs from this place and loved them. Excellent condition, great price. We were so happy with the service that we went back just now and got two ergonomic desks since we wanted to be comfortable working at home. Stellar service, great communication. Highly recommend this place!
