Located in Southern Illinois and serving everyone with great Southern Illinois Furniture.The store is owned by Brad and Lori Weiss. The director of the store is Diane Hood. In 1999 the Furniture King expanded into a 30,000 square foot showroom.

Well I didnt catch my sales representative's name so we'll just call him "Brad" Was looking for a new mattress and "Brad" tried to assist me. Brad was the type of sale rep that likes to sells expensive merchandise. He never asked what my budget was and once I told him the mattresses shown was out of range he seemed uninterested in helping me. He believed EVERYONE should purchase $1000+ and up mattresses.
I showed him a mattress online through their site cheaper and he said I quote, "I dont even know where that mattress would be." He stood there staring at me then finally walked off. He didn't take the model number of it or nothing. Disappointed in "Brad" and took my business elsewhere. So if you like being taken advantage of well "Brad" is your guy and the Furniture King is your Store. As for me, I'll shop elsewhere!

Usually not one to do this but never had a worse experience in my life with buying anything and feeling like I overpaid for everything due to having issues with every piece of furniture I bought and finally getting tired of just going back and forth with them and getting told different prices every time they would call me back for money I had owed them on a sectional on top of some how paying more for a less nice bedset than I would've for the nicer set I had picked out. Then getting told different dates to pick up my sectional every other week just all around horrible experience

Knowingly sold damaged products, they would not stand behind. Even with a purchased extened warranty, for damage, they would not stand behind. Lied on multiple levels. I recommend you do not do business with this company. If you have ever purchased products here and bought the warranty, cancel and demand your money back. They have no interest in providing you any service again.

My mom and I were looking for a bed for her she's 76 & the guy took us back to the beds so we could check them out. He was not helpful at all. When she told him we are trying out & might not buying 1 today. So he leaves us after that & his service was HORRIBLE. & he was nowhere in sight when we had more questions to ask. We found the way out by ourselves. I will NEVER go back in that store

One star is even to much. I ordered my sleeper couch and loveseat the beginning of August 2020. My delivery date kept getting pushed back because of "covid". I finally got it the last week of November. We didn't use it as a sleeper till the week of Christmas. The metal bars on one side broke and we could not get it to go back in. So I called and took my name and number and said someone would call me next week.
No call, so I called. No one would ever call me back. I finally got someone in January, emailed them pictures, never heard back. Called, emailed. Nothing. Then March 15. I get a call out of the blue saying they are picking my couch up that day. Tell me it will be ready Wednesday. Never heard a thing so I called, out sick, get right on it. March 23, I call, it was supposed to be delivered the 22nd. Calls me back says it will be Friday 26th.
Why not, 24th no trucks headed this way, really. I have 4 people sometimes 5, and they have to sit on floor because they can't divert a truck one day. Not my fault it did not get delivered Monday. The customer service is awful. We have not had a good experience at all. I do not recommend this store. We will go back to Patrick Furniture. Also they demand full payment when they show up to deliver or they take it back. They don't tell people this. Beware!
