Ordered from Jack during covid and had a great experience. I was looking for a specific brand and style. He was able to order exactly what I wanted for less than others had quaoted me. When my items come in, his delivery team was beyond wonderful! Super polite, knew exactly what they were doing and how to protect the furniture while bringing in my very difficult bi-level home. I wish I could give 10 stars! What an experience, just like browsing for furniture with an old friend. Fantastic sales staff, great prices, what a combination. Customer service we are all looking for today. These guys are awesome! We now have a sectional and a loveseat through Schenck firniture and we love our pieces. All the guys that work here are so incredibly helpful and friendly! We will always come here for our firniture needs!
