Picture Rocks is lucky to have such a nice furniture store! The brands they carry are quality and built well! They have a very nice showroom also. At times you need to order in what you'd like if they don't have it on the floor but that's ok with me! I own a few coffee tables and end tables and they're all in great condition as the day they were purchased!

We took my mother in law to get new rocker recliners for in her living room. The wife and I ended up getting new living room furniture as well.

I'm extremely disappointed with Gary's Furniture and will never go back again. I bought 3 pieces of furniture there expecting them to last several years. The accent chair that I purchased started piling after only 2 months. I figured if it was doing this at 2 months, it's only going to get worse. I spoke to a salesperson at the store who told me to bring the cushion back for them to look at.

The store owner came out and looked at the chair and told me to use a sweater stone on it and that eventually it would stop. He would not even consider taking it back or let me exchange it.

For my retirement gift 4 years ago I purchased a Dutailier AvantGlide Leather recliner from Garys; the recliner is well worth the price I paid. Unfortunately, last month the locking mechanism broke and I contacted Garys. Without hesitation, Garys fixed the recliner in a timely manner. The staff at Garys were professional, ""user friendly", and the gentleman who fixed the recliner "knew what he was doing".I'm a happy camper.

Beautiful selections. Lovely staff, not overbearing. Reasonable pricing. Worth the drive.

I know this is a late review but I just want you or anyone thinking of buying from these dishonest people of the experience my husband and I had when we were building our new home. I bought the dining set the bedroom set and bedding from them in 2004 and our home was not ready in 2005 like i thought it would be by Thanksgiving. I asked the lady if she could hold it for us till the end of March and gave me a hassle and offered to put it in storage.

I agreed to that but when we were ready for it in March of 2005, it was delivered in unsatisfactory condition and the dining set was not what I had paid for. The mattress was soiled. At the time were were in such a pinch to get moved before April 1st, our other house was sold and we had to move that we did not notice any of this until after a few weeks. I called and they did not want to make any of this right. That's the kind of people they are and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

Gary's has reasonable prices and a huge showroom to display a ton of different options. The staff is very warm and helps you to pick out the right furniture for your setting and budget.

We had a great experience at Gary's buying some very nice furniture and the delivery people were also great. Someone used my name to post a negative review and I don't know how that happened!

Great place with high quality furniture and even more importantly high quality service! Two years ago, my husband and I, bought a beautiful leather three piece livingroom set from this fine furniture store. Unfortunately, within less than a years time two pieces of the furniture started fading and wearing in several places. We simply called up the store and were very pleased to be connected with the stores owner, Gary.

The owner was very kind, and after explaining our concerns he immediately had some employees come out and access our situation. Needless to say he apologized and explained it was a manufacturing defect and within two weeks the defective furniture was replaced with new, at no cost to us. That being said, due to our recent house fire back in December, we plan on buying the same exact livingroom set at Gary's furniture! Once a customer always a customer, Gary's is the best! Hope this helps anyone considering Gary's, my husband and I give it a five star rating!

We have purchased quite a few furniture items from Gary's. As others mentioned, no pushy sales people. Just a friendly staff willing to help. Delivery of items was always fine as well. Worth checking out.

I bought the best sofa and the worst reclining sofa ever at Gary's! The best was in 1990. It has far surpassed the worst ever sofa I bought from Gary's! It is a double reclining sofa, we purchased in 2009. The cushions separated in the middle, which exposed hard wooden framework that was uncomfortable and hazardous. Now my husband stuffs blankets or pillows into the "crack".

The reclining handle pull on the left recliner broke off, with NORMAL use. Now the footrest is completely unusable. The metal framework on the right recliner was weak and has bent so that the footrest will not open and close properly. We were told there would be extra charge for different color and would have to order it. So the only colors available were shades of tan.

With 3 children in our family, the sofa has gotten stained easily. We bought the fabric protection shield for $79, but if we reported every stain, we would have been calling every day. Worst furniture purchase ever!

Great experience, no pushy sales people. Great prices and selection. Free delivery to Sullivan County! I love my furniture. Thank you!

Nice selection and decent sale prices. Sales people helpful during the shopping process, but not willing to assist when product breaks. They gave the name and number of a company authorized repairman who failed to return phone calls. They took no responsibility in helping us and gave every excuse (he's just a contractor, he has a full-time job, he is going through a divorce.). Enjoyed shopping here for two large purchases, but will never return.
