In December we bought two couches couple in tables and recliner and a loveseat our salesperson was Marie we felt she went out of our way to find us a matching couch and end tables we got it the week before Christmas moved into our new home it was perfect and then we had a little problem with the couch squeaking and the recliner making a kind of an odd noise I called the store it was quickly taken care of they ordered us a new couch and another recliner no questions asked I thought they would just repair it you can't get any better service than that. I own the business for 35 years customer service was always the name of the game I would recommend these folks to anybody

This five star review is for the quality of the furniture purchased. We ordered two pieces - a craftsman style TV stand and bed frame - both built by Amish builders. Took 10 weeks - and worth the wait. The quality is excellent. Great craftsman lines. We are very pleased with our furniture and will definitely consider Adirondack furniture again.

My wife and I went there looking to buy a Recliner and perhaps a bedroom set and kitchen table. Upon entering, I went to the counter to ask about the recliners. The woman acted like I was bothering her while she was on her laptop. She looked at us like we were just tire kickers with no money to spend, probably because we were dressed in jeans and sweatshirts.
Little did she know, we have enough money in the bank to buy the whole store. She ended up pointing me in the direction of the recliners, after cutting me off while I was talking to her, and said she'd be over to help me in a minute. 20 minutes later and still no sight of her, we just left in disgust! I'll take my money and business elsewhere.
