Have a 3 year old couch section made by Smith Brothers in Indiana that needed repairs. The manufacturer gave me the Furniture Center as their closet distributor since I live in Liberty Hill. The set was originally purchased in Wisconsin. Robert Brewer accepted the piece and got the authorization to return it to Smith Brothers. Smith Brothers rebuilt the entire piece and returned it to the Furniture Center in 6 weeks. That included X Mas and New Years. It looks brand new and I give both Smith Brothers and the Furniture Center 6 stars if I could. Thanks to both of you.

The Furniture Center has some very nice inventory but, in my opinion, is overpriced. When I gave the sales associate my opinion on the pricing of their items, she politely informed me that the prices are in range to many of their buyers, many of which come from DFW, Houston, and Austin. They currently have a set of four leather dining chairs on sale for $298, which is a steal but unfortunately, I don't need them.
If you are a bargain hunter like me, this store is not the place for that. I purchased a quality built living room group from Furniture Row for about the price of one dining room table at the Furniture Center and I still have it after 15 years.

Only 4-stars because I haven't purchased any furniture from Furniture Center, but I can say that their showroom is lovely and a saleswoman by the name of Shirley is, too. So nice to be welcomed into the store, have assistance offered, and then be able to wander around without feeling hounded. Thanks Shirley!

To reiterate what Alison said, their showroom is great! They have a lot of wonderful and unique options that are artistically displayed, making it easy to envision these pieces on your porch and be inspired by great decor. We were looking for a very specific brand and the representative was kind and helpful. Although we did not purchase a glider here, we were able to try out several great options and look through a few product books. We didn't feel pressured to purchase, which honestly made us want to buy something even more!
