The best furniture store in Navarre for sure! As soon as I walked in, I was instantly greeted by the owner and his wife. I was originally just in the store for browsing but the owners proceeded towards me in a friendly manner and proceeded to engage in a very welcoming conversation with me about what I was looking for! Needless to say you aren't just a customer, you're a friend when it comes to The Patio Specialists!

Love it, like I love America. Made in USA. These folks are great. Get what you pay for. I have a few chairs, and umbrella. They last in the Florida heat. Military family owns the place I believe. Bought my stuff last year. Going back to buy more with the wife for our anniversary. That's how much we love the quality. Picnic table. Oh yeah bought one of their yard games too for the kids. Super duper high quality. If you are cheap go someplace else.

We bought Ledge Loungers for our pool, and a year later returned to buy 4 para-wood bar stools. I appreciate the large selection of in-store pieces to choose from so I can shop local. They stock Ledge Loungers and accessories in different colors so you can try them out for comfort before buying. The husband and wife team are helpful and are willing to dig through boxes in the back to help find the colors you want and make sets if needed.

We needed 4 para-wood stools for a party the next day. We took the two off the floor and they assembled the other two overnight so we could pick them up the next day. Much appreciated!

Fantastic service! I had to order replacement canopies for my company and had no idea where to start. Stephanie walked me through the process, stayed in regular communication and made the entire process easy! We couldn't be more pleased with the service and product.

They don't stock the bulbs for the bistro lights sets that they sell. They were unwilling to order. That will be my last time contacting this store.

My parents spent around 2k on PVC patio furniture about 2 years ago. The furniture did not hold up. Attempted to get it fixed thru the store and they said they don't even sell the PVC items anymore and couldn't repair it. Interesting because it's still listed on their website. I asked if we could trade in the broken lounge chair and they said no. I couldn't even get them to dump it for me. Even tried to convince my dad to come in and look around as I was reloading the broken chair. no thank you!

Great place to buy good quality patio furniture that last longer in the Florida sun. Owners so nice and helpful and they have a showroom full of furniture to buy right off the showroom floor to take home. Loved everything I seen! :

Friendly processional family operation. I have made numerous purchases here and all have been well worth it. Additionally they have fully supported everything they sell. Highly recommend them for sales, selections and service.

We enjoyed looking around and getting expert advice. The owners were very nice. We bought a high top table and 4 chairs for our deck. We will go back and buy more!

Audie and Stephanie were very friendly and helpful. They also left us alone to peruse the beautiful, high quality furniture they offer. When the time came for questions and assistance, they were right there. We LOVE our furniture, and have and will return again.

Called from Fort Walton Beach about a specific lounge chair. Gave Stephanie the make and model. I was told they had one of this specific lounge chair left and the colors. I told her I needed to hook up my cargo trailer and get my wife and drive there to get it (15 miles each way). We arrived and looked at the lounge chair and decided to look at other furniture while we were there.

I spoke with Audie and he told me Stephanie was his wife. My wife and I picked out 2 additional pieces (total purchase would have been about $2,500). Audie then tells us we can't have the lounge chair it is his last one. I told him that I called before hooking up my cargo trailer and driving 15 miles to get there specifically to get the lounge chair.

He says "you can't have it." I said does it bother you at all that I called in advance and spoke with your wife before coming? He said all I can say is I'm sorry but I will not sell you the lounge chair. The truth is he sold me nothing and he never will. This man obviously doesn't care about customers or the reputation of his wife or business.

The truth is we want about 20 pieces of furniture for around our pool and on our dock. We will buy it elsewhere from a place that cares about such things as telling the truth and honoring the word of his wife. No future here.
