Had similar experiences to what others have posted here. Slow response times, billing and/or time and date errors, inability to properly fix problems and don't even get me started on their pricing scheme. Come to think of it, we may very well have also been given used equipment too due to the constant problems we experienced. My recommendation is to do a lot of research and get several quotes, before going with a friend's blind recommendation, because that's what my company did.
Since we switched we've had zero problems and, best of all, no down time. After months of frustration and business/money loss, we were finally fed up. Pass on top notch because they're the bottom of the barrel.

We made a very bad mistake in going with this company for our internet needs for our business. We would constantly have issues with our computer system, server and phones (which we also contracted with them for). Our business relies on the internet and phone system to operate, and each time it would "go down" we would lose business. It seemed like each time their advice would be to replace our equipment and of course, we would purchase it through them.
As time went by we continued to have even more down time and operational problems. The final incident was when we purchased another new computer from them. When the technician came to our business to install it I noticed that there was tape on the box that indicated in bold lettering "RECONDITIONED". As we had purchased new computers, not "reconditioned", I brought it ti the tech's attention and he told me they probably just put the new computer in a different box but would call his office to check on it.
He called his office and he said the owner called him that no, it was not reconditioned, it was new. I then went over the the computer he was going to install and verified that the serial number on that computer was the same one that was on the box that indicated it was reconditioned. I immediately refused to accept the computer and sent it back. Went I spoke with my rep, Levi, he told me that they sent me a reconditioned computer because thet were actually better than new ones.
I felt that they tried to deceive me to make more profit on a substandard/less expensive unit and I believe that all of the other equipment I had purchased from them in the past was probably reconditioned also. The poor quality of their service and their dishonesty make them a business you want to stay away from. I have had a new internet service provider for over 6 months now and have not had any major problems! When we do have any issues they go above and beyond to correct them and keep us operational. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
