' Quality solid wood furniture. Over the years I've bought four bookcases and today I purchased a pantry cabinet. All of the furniture I bought was unfinished, but it only takes a few minutes to apply a satin finish. The $50 delivery fee is reasonable. I wasn't ignored when I was browsing, a salesperson asked me if I needed help.

I visited this business yesterday, quality of the furniture was nice. Giving 1 star because 0 isn't Was an option. I as even interested in a couple of pieces that were on the show floor. Customer service was horrible. I was never greeted upon entry into the store, I walked around for nearly 25 minutes and NEVER was asked if I could be/had been helped.

It was not until I was walking out of the store did someone ask if i could be helped. I will never return to this establishment. I will never beg anyone to take my hard earned money.
