Tuffy Bear Discount Furniture

Bought a large and heavy sectional not even a year ago it keeps coming apart! I have a warranty on it to fix and also clean any spots of stains called today guy was completely ignorant making it sound like it's MY fault the couch is coming apart? Also when you sold me it you did say there was a cleaning service to clean it. woman on the phone said she had no idea what I was talking about. Time to find my paperwork!

Ordered a couch in January, estimated to be ready by June, July at the latest. It's now September and they don't make effort to update without being reminded by the customer. It's been allegedly shipping since the end of July. I understand delays because of the pandemic, it shouldn't prevent you from communicating with the customer. Held hostage with a restocking fee with an ever changing promised date and no way out.

A nice furniture store with all your basic needs and a helpful staff to help you find what you're looking for! They didn't quite have exactly what we were looking for upon our last visit, but then again, we weren't 100% sure exactly what we wanted either. We'll be back again!

Awesome the owner, Shawn, is truly awesome! We had issues with our leather couches and he went above and beyond (to say the least) to make things right and make sure we were happy! Absolutely recommend! Their customer service is unsurpassed; a rarity anymore!

Great place to to shop for your furniture! Their prices are better than anywhere we looked. The store is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery drivers were polite and attentive to detail. We are very happy with the quality and prices. Next time we need furniture we are definitely going to Tuffy Bear.

My husband and I have purchased many items from Tuffy Bear. We have always had a great experience. They once again exceeded our expectations when we recently bought a new bed. My husband and I both have back issues and we purchased a bed that neither of us could sleep on. Tuffy resolved the issue quickly and we were able to get a bed that worked for both of us. Thanks for the amazing custom service. I wouldn't buy Furnature from any place else.

Over the years I've purchased a bed, kitchen table set, and couch, and have always been extremely satisfied. They go above and beyond, even allowing me to lay on the display mattresses for 20 minutes or so each to make sure I got the right one (which I did). Great place, great selection, great staff. Edit.9/29/18.returned yet again, this time to buy a living room set.

Another great experience. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff and awesome selection to choose from. Found what I was looking for at a good price, and ordered it. Realized the next day I wanted the loveseat to recline, and stopped by to change the order. The owner (Shawn) was manning the front desk, And modifying the order was painless. Go see Shawn and his crew.you won't be disappointed.

Service was great and they carry furniture made in the US. They were the only furniture store out of the 3 we visited today who had a small, rocker/recliner/swiveling chair option.in leather. They are having a sale right now and even with the special order, the price would be lower than the sticker price. We are thinking it over. It was worth driving out of our way.

Helpful, friendly staff with a variety of affordable quality furniture. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Oct. 2018. an update worth adding: The remote for my disabled husband's lift chair that was purchased here a while back stopped working suddenly. We called and although it's not a stocked item they graciously ordered a replacement at no charge and took our number to call when it arrived.

They had our replacement piece ready for pickup within 5 days! We thought we'd be waiting a very long time! Easy fix, just plug in and go! We are very happy with the customer service and products at Tuffy Bear and will shop here again as well as recommend them to friends! Thank you Tuffy Bear!
