Definitely would use again this company. I had just moved to Philadelphia for work so they tried their best to work with my new schedule. The tech, Carlos, was fantastic. Called ahead of time with an ETA (which was on time & was super friendly & funny. He took his time which was a relief since most repairmen make you feel rushed. He really put me at ease which I appreciated because I had 2 pieces of furniture that needed repair and both of them had sentimental value.
One of them was a mid-century combo chest of drawers/armoire whose lock was a mess and missing a piece (too much to explain here). He took it all apart and worked some type of MacGyver magic on it and made it like new. I wish I'd take before and after photos.

Henry did a good job fixing our couch right away. He is very polite and friendly. He was also very kind to go above and beyond by fixing the back of our couch's cover which got separated from the couch itself.( even though I made a mistake of not including it in the job order). The scheduler called me the night before to let me know the time someone would arrive. Vaz the repair person called me and let me know he was arriving within the next ten minutes on the day of the repair. Not only did he arrive on time, he moved the furniture on his own and made the repair all within 25 minutes. Vaz was professional, efficient and very personable. His experience was appreciated! I am happy my couch is now fixed. I highly recommend Vaz!

They charged me $50 to take pictures of my coffee table when I previously send the same pictures to them. The gentleman was in my house for two minutes. When I finally received the estimate it was $700 more than the company I am going to use. They are also unprofessional as the woman on the phone hung up on me. I would not use them.

If anyone were to look at my Yelp reviews for service businesses (but not restaurants) you will see a lot more one and two star reviews than five star ones. So, you know that when I give 5 stars, the business is terrific. My mover banged my best piece of furniture (an armoire) into the wall of my new condo. They created a gash in the wood and the drawers became misaligned and not useable without causing more damage. I called All Furniture Services and set up an appointment. They did an outstanding job. My service guy was very personable and worked efficiently. The price was reasonable.

UPDATE: I submitted a review that accurately reflected my (bad) experience with this company (tl;dr: technician did a sloppy job, doesn't seem to be well-trained, and further damaged my furniture). The company owner bombarded my phone with texts. I finally had to block him. The company owner has now sent a harassing email (see screenshot) that includes a thinly veiled threat.
He has taken no responsibility for the technician's bad work, has called ME a liar (I have eyewitnesses, photos, and now screenshots), and tried to buy my silence with a discount. Absolutely not. Your company did a bad job, caused further damage, ignored requests to leave the chair as-is, bombed me with texts after being asked to stop, and you are now trying to intimidate me into removing an honest review. I cannot, in good conscience, do that. You got paid in full, despite the poor quality of the work. For the last time, stop bothering me and be grateful.

I had them reffered to me through a friend. She had such amazing things to say. So I decided instead of buying a new couch to have it restored. I was so impressed with how fast they called and gave me a great estimate! They came in two days with everything they needed and in 2 hours my couch looks better than when I walked it out of Ashleys. Holy smokes! These guys from their Los Angeles branch are nothing short of amazing. I had purchased a 1940s console table from a well known online antiques marketplace. The table had a very small area near the base that was holding a somewhat heavy table up. It was very wobbly and leaning forward. I was afraid it was going to break at the weak point.
They said we can improve it but it may still be a bit wobbly. The table came back as sturdy as a skyscraper. I am so impressed and thankful for All Furniture Services for saving this beautiful and unique piece. I will be using your services again!

Great customer service! Responded to my inquiry quickly. Was advised two days earlier what time tech would be at my home. He called 10 mins beforehand and was here on time. Polite and professional. Showed me what needed to be repaired and agreed upon price. Very happy with outcome. Already referred a friend to them.

I had been disappointed by two prior companies.one didn't show up at our appointed time, and the other didn't even return my calls to make an appointed. So I was pretty much fed up by the time I heard from Cynthia at " All Furniture Services ". Well, i could tell just from this initial conversation, that these guys were different. Cynthia was so friendly and so sweet that I ended up telling her about what happened with the prior 2 companies, and she assured me that would not happen with them, that she was sending me Tiggy, an excellent repairman, and a very sweet guy. Well, she told the truth!
Not only was he on time, but he phoned me 1/2 hour ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He identified what was wrong with my couch immediately, and fixed it in minutes! This job was reasonably priced, and I couldn't be happier. Don't bother checking out anyone else, just call " ALL FURNITURE SERVICES "

I can’t say enough about the service this company provided. They were sent thru Lazy Boy for a motorized recliner that was not functioning. It was a complicated job which took a few service calls and various parts to be ordered. No one gave up though and worked diligently and professionally to get our chair in perfect working order. the people who schedule, Cynthia is one, are accommodating, considerate and do their best to schedule a service call that is suitable to you,,,,, and in a relatively short period of time.
No waiting 3-4 weeks as lazy boy told me I’d wait. Service techs are top notch. Tigrin, Hayk and Gagik were outstanding. As I said, it was a complicated job so it did take more than one tech to solve the problem but it got done. As I said this was a company brought in under my lazy boy warrantee but I will certainly keep their information and would hire them privately without a doubt.

After an exhausting search for a leather sofa and finally finding one at William Sonoma, which became discontinued before delivery, we were very upset with a defect in the sofa that William Sonoma "Furniture Medics " could not repair. However we were ecstatic to discover All Furniture Repair in the New York/New Jersey metro area who have exceptional customer service and expert professional techs who did a perfect job restoring the sofa. There is something to be said about awesome customer service. I have to highlight it when it happens because in this day and age it's rare. I contacted this business in hopes to re stuff my couch as after my husband spent the entire quarantine body slamming my pillows they needed some fluffing. They looked saggy and tired and no longer fit my esthetics of the decor surrounding it.
I reached out by email and got a reply right away. I actually found them on Craig's list and was excited to see how professional the business was set up. Before and after pics are everything to me and they have plenty to show. Thank you a million times for being prompt with replies and making service In home a possibility. You guys rock! Anyone trying to figure out who to use, look no further. Hire these guys for sure.

I reached out to All Furniture Service to fix my grandmother's 72 year old hope chest. It had seen better days and was rather battered. I will let the before and after photos speak for themselves. Their work is impeccable! The piece was finished within the promise timeline. In home estimate, pick up and drop off all reasonably priced.

I bought an awesome Vincenzo leather sectional a couple months ago only to find out that it was not going to fit into my new apartment in Philadelphia. After moving from Manhattan, I heard about the "couch doctor" so I frantically called the evening of move-in and he quoted me at $800-$1200. I decided to pass on that and continued searching for other reputable companies.
I came across All Furniture Services and read some reviews. There were a lot of good, and a lot of bad, so I was skeptical, but at this point, my boyfriend and I are just wanted our damn sectional. So I scheduled the appointment and was not able to get one for another week or two, which was disappointing, but a good sign that they were in demand. The day arrives and I was told my time slot was 12-3.
I figured this meant that they would show up at 12, but it was actually a time slot like Verizon or Comcast give you. I was on the phone a lot with the office and was told different things from different people, it was a little disorganized, but whatever, things happen. They ended up showing up at 4:30 and got right to work taking apart the couch in front of me.
I was very impressed with their skill and confidence. An hour and a half later I was sitting on my beautiful leather sectional. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the whole office mix-up and because they were late. Kelvin and Rodolto did an awesome job. I will definitely be utilizing them in 3 years when I have to move again. But all-in-all, very pleased with the services they provided. The total was $575, which was not a bad price at all. I was so excited to find this place after wanting for ages to have some work done on my velvet couch and knowing that velvet can be hard to clean. In the pros category the guy did show up right on time, and replaced two buttons that had come off with ease. And it was pretty downhill from there. For $625 (more than I was quoted on the phone) he used a Bissel furniture cleaner on my couch (which is a water cleaning vacuum, and velvet is hard to clean because you're not really supposed to get it wet), which took him about an hour, and he left.
The couch took about two days to dry and the soft texture is basically gone. There were a few stains on the couch and the one he said he could get out (I realized after he left), he just smeared all over one side of the cushion, so now it's worse than it was before. This was the biggest waste of time and money I've probably ever had. I was totally lured in by the positive reviews this place had and all of the testimonials.
I don't know if my service was a fluke, but I will never, ever, call this company for anything again. If I had wanted to mess up my couch, I could have just bought a Bissel furniture cleaner for less money and done it myself. Update: Several weeks after posting this review a Mr. Mikayel Aslanyan from All Furniture Services (the owner) reached out to me via email, yelp messages, and phone, to complain about my review to me.
I tried to discuss a resolution with him, I sent him photos of the damage (he had sent me the photos I had taken myself to show the parts of my couch that needed service as before photos (claiming they were taken by the tech) and the tech's photos of the wet couch and a container of dirty water as after photos), and I offered to accept a refund for the cleaning ($400, I was happy with the button replacement which cost $225) and post about it in my review.
He countered by offering to send a new technician or to pay me $120 but only if I would remove my review. I refused to remove my review and said that I did not want another tech because he had indicated the same techniques that didn't work the first time would just be used again. Mr. Aslanyan accused me of trying to maliciously harm his business.
He has continued to send angry emails even after I asked him to stop. I'm left with a feeling that this is why there are less negative reviews of this business on Yelp. I hope that future customers have a better experience with them than I did, and/or that my review staying up at least helps future potential customers discern for themselves.

My wife and I were so pleased. We originally tried one of their competitors but their slow response time, wish-washy scheduling ("work could take 2-4 weeks". Wtf?!) crazy prices and air of "we're doing you a favor by considering working for you" attitude led me to All Furniture Services. They promptly responded to our inquiry (to have cushions on our leather furniture re-stuffed), gave an accurate estimate and were able to get us a convenient, in-home appointment within a week.
The gentleman came right on time, explained our options and the cost, and did the work in under an hour. He explained that the new stuffing might look a little "puffy" but would flatten a bit in the next few weeks as we sat on it. The work was done so much quicker, with so much less hassle and at a MUCH better price than their competitor. We are so pleased and won't hesitate to recommend them.
