We warrant, for life, the furniture sold to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials. Furniture claimed as defective must be returned prepaid to BRITISH AMERICAN. We will, at our sole option, repair or replace furniture judged defective and return to sender freight prepaid.

BRITISH AMERICAN disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied, as to any product and in particular makes no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall BRITISH AMERICAN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of the product.
