Robert's Assembly & Installation

Thanks to Robert and team for all of their help. They were professional, responsive and great to work with. They were able to get the job done within our timeline, and they did a wonderful job. Would recommend and work with them again.

I called and Lyn answered and asked me to send a picture of the desk we need assembled. She immediately responded with a quote. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days. Robert and Lyn showed up on time and went to work on a very complicated desk. In no time, they were done! In the time it took Robert and Lyn to complete the desk assembly, they also undid a previous mistake made in the assembly by another company who choose to leave because they could not complete the project.

My new desk is so well put together, they did a fantastic job! Not only are they very qualified, they are very kind people and it was a pleasure to have them in our home!!!! Thank you Robert's Assembly!!!!

Wow. It really doesn't get any better. Evelyn, Rob, and Tom were all amazing and fun to work with, not to mention incredibly professional. I cannot say enough good things about them and have been recommending their service to all of my friends. I almost want to do another remodel in our house just so that we can have them come back. But yes, they were extremely professional and just a pleasure to plan and work with over the 3-4 months while we designed, scheduled, and rebuilt our kitchens and bathrooms.

We couldn't be happier with Robert, Tommy, Tom, and Evelyn. They were on time, professional, and fast! I felt terrible that it was 86 degrees in our home (AC quit) and not ONCE did they complain. There is one small issue and although it was a miscommunication on my part they are going to come back out and fix it! I have not had such wonderful customer service in YEARS. They installed our kitchen cabinets and it looks fantastic. I will post pictures when the kitchen is done. THANK YOU you made a stressful remodel wonderful!

My experience with Robert's Assembly & Installation was absolutely a pleasure. My first contact with Evelyn felt like we have been friends for years. Our conversation was effortless and the customer service was outstanding. I called in the morning and they were assembling my items that afternoon. I knew at our initial conversation that I was going to use the service.

Price was not a problem because customer service trumps cost on many occasions. The service men were very considerate and kind. I trusted them in my home and had confidence in their ability. Get this! They cleaned up my place after they completed the job. My IKEA wardrobe is wonderful and I am 100% satisfied. Thank you

THUMB'S UP!!! And I mean it. Not only were Robert and Tom right on time, the work - IKEA assembly and installation - was impeccible and completed in a short time. They were very courteous and thorough right through the clean up. From the first phone call I made to you I felt cared about and experienced wonderful customer service. In fact I really feel like you and I became friends - boy that just doesn't happen any more with companies.

Thank you so much for handling my schedule changes with such patience and understanding, I probably drove you crazy but if I did you never let on! Your serviceman showed up promptly at our home and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He even did extra things to help me when I had a hard time moving things. When he left he removed all the boxes and packing material and took everything to the dumpster. Wow, I did not expect that and was very impressed.

Most importantly, the furniture was all assembled perfectly and looks terrific. I'm sure glad I didn't try to assemble it all myself - I'd still be putting it together! I'm pleased with the entire process and very thankful that I found Roberts Assembly. I have a sofa that didn't arrive on time to be assembled at the same time as the other furniture; and as soon as I receive a shipping date I look forward to contacting you again to assemble the sofa as well.

I would be pleased to offer some comments for your future customers about my experience with your company! When inviting someone into your home you want to feel safe and confident that they will be the utmost professionals. Knowing that Robert's Assembly was a bonded member of the National Association of Furniture Assemblers reassured me right off the bat.

From the first contact with Evelyn I knew customer service was priority one with Robert's Assembly. Evelyn provided a prompt and detailed estimate outlining exact cost and what I could expect from the assemblers. When we purchased the wardrobe from Ikea the salesperson mistakenly sold us the wrong doors. This wasn't discovered until the frame units and the doors were assembled.

I called Evelyn to see what to do next. She contacted Ikea on my behalf and spoke with a manager to determine the correct part number for the doors. The email she provided me detailing the conversation enabled me to return & exchange the product in a timely fashion. It also provided me the info to request Ikea to credit me for the additional cost of sending someone out a second time to my home in Los Angeles.

Robert & Tom could not have been more professional, courteous, and efficient!

The wardrobe looks amazing! I would highly recommend Robert's Assembly to all my family & friends. I won't hesitate to call Robert's Assembly next time we purchase assembly-required furniture!

My husband and I used Robert's Assembly for six pieces of IKEA furniture and a bookcase from Plummers. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and fast! And best of all, everything was put together perfectly with special attention given to things like cabinet doors lining up right and drawers working properly. They mounted my units to the wall and made sure everything lined up perfectly.

We couldn't have been happier with the excellent customer service and excellent work! They are worth every penny to make sure things come out perfect. From the first time I talked with Evelyn I was absolutely delighted with the customer service! I had some problems with the furniture company I was working with and she called them on my behalf more than once to see if she could help in getting my order completed. When the order was delayed she researched other alternatives for us. Once we did get our order, Roberts assembled all of our producst with no problems! I used the services of Roberts Assembly to design my home office. Evelyn was quickly aware of what could be used and planned the list of items I needed to order from Office Depot. She promptly calculated and told me what they would charge to set it up. When the furniture arrived, Evelyn gave me a date and time that two men would be here to assemble it.

They arrived as scheduled and did a excellent job putting everything in place. At a later date Robert came back to move an under counter drawer for me at no extra charge. I recommend them highly.

This is our third time using Roberts Assembly & installation and the third time we have been left completely satisfied with their work. We built a new 5,000 sq. ft.call center and they were involved from start to finish.They are very thorough in making sure every aspect of the job is thought out and discussed so there are no surprises. Robert's Assembly transformed our 1971 kitchen to 2012 in 9 days and we LOVE it! From the very first email to last appliance being installed. Robert, Tom, and Evelyn, were professional, had great attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. In addition to that, they made sure any sub-contractors they used were top-notch as well. This was no small job, we did a complete kitchen overhaul including new cabinets, counter-tops, sink, and all new appliances.

They are a family business that treats their customers like they are part of it, with honest and friendly service. They were on time and on budget every step of the way.
