My husband and I were in the market for a bed, it was a couple days before Christmas and we were expecting company. Life was busy and and I hadn't made arrangements for where our guest was going to sleep. I was talking to a co-worker and she told me about the Truman Green Mattress Store located just a couple blocks from my work. I stopped in after work and talked to Terry about what they had to offer in a queen bed, mattress and frame.
Since I have significant allergies, I was concerned about what I was purchasing and wanted to make sure it wouldn't make my allergies worse. After talking to Terry about their products, I felt that the Therapedic Mattress we discussed would be an ideal sleep solution for us. I talked to Terry about delivery since we do not own a pick-up, nor did I want to ask anyone if I could borrow one, he told me he could deliver the mattress to our home.
Since both my husband and I work full time Terry made arrangements to deliver our mattress to our home at a time that would work for us. In addition to bringing the new mattress and frame to our home, he helped my husband carry our current bed up the stairs to the guest room and set up both beds. Terry did not charge us for the delivery or set up, which is quite amazing considering we live out in Milliken, Colorado.
I have to say that my experience with Terry and the Truman Green Mattress Store was amazing, I received excellent customer service from him. I believe in supporting the locally owned stores in our community and know I would not have gotten this kind of personalized service from the big box stores and delivered to my home for free!
