I recently bought a sofa from FOW and have been purchasing from them for years. They have quality furniture that last longer than any other furniture I've acquired from other stores. My first ever purchase from FOW was a dining room set and its been in excellent condition since I received it over 10 years ago. If you're looking for furniture that will last you a long time, FOW is the spot to go.

I've been in the market for a mid century modern style sofa for a while now. I wanted to replace my existing leather one. It's stood up pretty well over the years so I figured to go with a leather sofa again. I found FOW but they are all the way in New Jersey. They do ship to me though. I was hesitant to order a piece of furniture, especially something you have to sit on without trying it in person but the price was right, there were quite a few leather options to choose from, and I really liked the button tufted mid century styling of their Reverie sofa.

First I ordered a few leather swatches to see what the leather wood actually look and feel like. I finally made my choice based on the swatches sent to me and bit the bullet and made the purchase. When my sofa that was built just for me arrived it just looked beautiful and it sits really well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I purchased the "Style" Sectional in Microfiber Black about 6 years ago. The people at FOW could not have been easier to work with. The sofa arrived here in NC in just 2 days! This sofa is a great solution if you occasionally need to accommodate overnight guests but don't want the traditional sofa bed with the "torture bar". It's extremely comfortable not only as a bed but, as a sofa to just hang out on to read or watch TV. The generous storage compartments are an added bonus. I would definitely buy this again.

Went to FOW seeking for a leather sectional. I ended up purchasing this beautiful and very comfortable reclining one with a chaise at a great price. The employees there were very helpful and very knowledgeable on furniture and getting me the quality me and my wife was looking for. My beautiful sectional arrived quite fast to my home, guys came in set it up for me where we needed it and were really nice.

I am very pleased with my purchase and will soon be getting my bedroom set from them soon. This is a great place to seek quality furniture at a great price. It is nice to know you deal with very knowledgeable nice people that treat you like family and not just another customer.

I've bought furniture from FOW before, even when they were in their West New York location, and it went smooth back then. This time, my parents needed one of those click-clack sofa beds for overnight guests and I decided to purchase from them again and this time I wanted to write about my experience. These guys came through again. The sofa bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. My parents love it! If I or my parents need more stuff in the future, we'll definitely look them up first

Selected exactly the sofabed set we wanted, at a good price. Especially appreciated timely delivery to Albany in between the recent snowstorms, when we needed it. Very professional and "straight"! Will use again (the real test).

I ordered my couches a few weeks ago and arrived today and all I can say is, AMAZING! It looks better in my living room than in the display. Tony was very helpful and answered all my concerns. I had a great experience here, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great product, absolutely terrible customer service. This is what you should expect 1) order piece of furniture from FOW; 2) get prompt email promising delivery in "4-6 weeks"; 3) at 6 week mark, you might email and ask what is up; 3) you will get a prompt email from "Tony" saying that all is well and you should sit tight; 4) at 8 weeks, you will email again and find out that the snow storms in NJ have caused some small delays in production (you will later find out that this is a lie, as the furniture is being made in Canada); 5) at 10 weeks, you will email and be told that it is going to be shipped real soon; 6) at 12 weeks, you will email and find out that it has definitely, positively been produced and they will receive it in NJ within a few days (maybe he'll give you a date certain to make you feel better); 7) at 13 weeks, you will email and find out that it sometimes takes 3 weeks for a piece of furniture to travel from Canada to NJ; 8) at 14 weeks, you will email and be given some tracking info for a piece of furniture that will likely only briefly pass through NJ and never be seen by FOW; 9) after 16 weeks, you will receive your furniture.

Please note that if you enjoy your furniture, it has nothing to do with FOW -- they did not make it and have never seen it. They will never proactively reach out to you to explain why something promised in 4-6 weeks will only be delivered in 16 weeks. You should know up front, however, that the promise of delivery in 4-6 weeks is utter BS. Truth is they don't know and don't seem to care when you get the furniture you paid for 4 months ago.

The only thing FOW knows how to make is excuses for poor customer service. Oh and please do not think for a second that they will try to compensate you for their poor service or broken promises -- that would show a level of concern for their customers that is utterly lacking.

I was a bit reluctant to buy furniture online without first sitting on it but in the end the entire experience rocked.

First I want to start by saying I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to after dealing with FOW. Just moved back from Texas and needed a new bed. Called up FOW and had all of my questions answered regarding different bed types, styles and what would fit in my budget. Long story short, 4 days later I had my new bed delivered and put together.
