Through this policy, The Arrangement seeks to set a positive example for our peers and to do our part to protect the world's forests. The Arrangement has for over three decades been committed to responsible wood sourcing regarding product development, manufacture, and curatorial purchasing.
When it comes to beautifying your abode, it can be tempting to rush in with no strategy. But this takes all the fun out of planning your dream space. Plus-especially in a store like ours-the number of unique, wonderful choices that are available can be overstimulating. Rest and relaxation are more important than ever.
The Arrangement has for over three decades been committed to responsible wood sourcing regarding product development, manufacture, and curatorial purchasing. SFC member since 2008, proudly displaying the SFC (Sustainable Furnishing Council1) logo on all printed advertisements, emails and hangtags. The Arrangement, under the guidance of Katherine Snedeker, has guidelines and practices whereby suppliers using preferred certified FSC wood sources and fiber from handmade, reclaimed, eco-friendly and recycled products are used wherever possible.

Went in to purchase an item mentioned another store i was also looking for and after that the owner told me all about her store and acted like the other store was no longer around. The other store was on the other side of the shopping square we decided to not purchase anything and to never go back into that store. I figured if the owner of this store was that petty to try and get me to not shop at the other store i wouldnt spend any of my money there.

Ali at the arrangement gives great customer service. We have purchased from the arrangement for many years and have always found the quality of their furnishings to be superb. They use great brands such as king hickory and Paul roberts. Great atmosphere, and surrounds itself with rustic/cabin feels with warm earth tones. traffic is always problematic on that portion of Post Oak but be patient and pleasantly surprised. It's always fun to ad an item from the arrangement to any home

Some of the most beautiful pieces of rustic furniture in Houston as I've ever seen. The quality of the furniture is equally as high as their prices. While visiting the store, I spoke with some of the staff and found out that most all of their pieces are either one of a kind or custom built furniture. Just a really neat furniture store.

This was the worst furniture buying experience ever. My husband and I ordered a custom made redwood dining room table from California for a new house we had moved into. We needed 8 chairs to go with it. We received an advertisement from The Arrangement which looked really nice so I checked out their website. I found some beautiful cowhide and leather chairs but they were really expensive.
I looked online everywhere to see if I could find a similar chair for a lower price. I also looked into having custom chairs made at a local furniture store but they were just as expensive. In May of 2013, I finally called The Arrangement back, they were having a sale, so I ordered 8 of the chairs. I was told that they would be ready in August or September. September rolled around and they still weren't ready.
Many excuses and phone calls later, we did not receive our chairs until last Friday, almost a year after they were ordered and paid for. To make matters worse, the leather seats are the wrong color! The store has not called us to follow-up which is just poor customer service.
