Ordered a picture that was "In Stock". High Fashion Home website said it shipped a week later. 2 week later and I still haven't received the product. Tried contacting the carrier put on hold twice for over 45 minutes. Tried the call back option, never received a call. Tried contacting Home Fashion only to have my email rejected. Order with caution.

Horrible delivery experience! I ordered a custom couch not knowing that the elevator in my high rise building was to small. Instead of finding alternatives, the delivery service put my merchandise back in the truck and returned to the warehouse. I was told I can pay extra to have my couch taken to my unit via stairs. I find this very unprofessional!

The delivery guy then later denied it. On top of everything, I was told I would not receive a refund for the delivery fee that I paid. The manger was no help at all! I tried to ask how may I go up the chain to corporate to complain, the manager told me that he's the highest person for me to speak to. Absolutely horrible experience and I would not recommend high fashion home delivery service to anyone.

Stay away from High Fashion Home. I repeat stay away from High Fashion Home. You only pay a high price for damaged goods, and the claims department is nothing to write home about. They sent me replacement parts for a this console door expecting that l do the fixing. Please go to Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware or even Value City furniture. These stores stand by their brand and resolve claims as they should

Nice furniture and home accessories/fabric store. Store is neat. One of the owners Yessy is nice and tries to make the customers comfortable while shopping if she's around. But staff are usually unwilling to get off their seats to help and do not seem they care about the customers

I placed an order. Told ot was special so 3 month delivery time. Time came and went. Asked for update and they added another 3 months. Didnt have the decency to inform me. Seems they forgot my order and are just now starting the process. I had plans for that furniture for May 2022.

Absolutely a wonderful experience shopping with them. I had never heard of High Fashion Home. There was a gorgeous, arched, black cabinet that I had wanted and they were the lowest available price, 500 to 1,000 dollars less to be exact. I paid my $1,700 for the cabinet and patiently waited. I called a couple of months later to confirm my expected delivery date had not changed.

I called 2 times actually. Both times I spoke with representatives that were obviously not outsourced to other counties who were knowledgeable and helpful after no wait time. My product was delivered on time as expected and in perfect condition. I would absolutely order again. Do not hesitate.

This was my first visit, the store was clean organized and free of any obstructions or clutter. There was a pleasant quiet atmosphere and plenty of exorbitantly priced furniture who's ultimate fate is perhaps a street curb or auction. I did appreciate that during my visit, I was never once asked if I required assistance from the employees.

I ordered a rug online and I love it. The shipping was very fast and ordering was quick and smooth. My order came in early and I really enjoy seeing my rug under my glass table. I highly recommend shopping here for accessories and furniture.

Beautiful collection but nothing is in their stock and everything has long delivery times. the customer service is awful! We were looking for a piece if furniture and after we found a sales associate she told us to go get it from Gallery Furniture!
