I shopped around for quality leather furniture, only to discover Metropolitan had a great selection and quality furniture. The salesman Scott was helpful, and explained everything to us on the function of the products. I purchased furniture from Metropolitan about 10 years ago, for my dining room and bedrooms and it still looks wonderful.

Based on a referral from a friend, I made a trip to this store. Scott was the gentleman who served my needs. He was attentive and knowledgeable. They're ok. Not the greatest in customer service. Each time I have gone to buy furniture there it feels like they look at you as if they are judging your ability to buy. If do have to ask questions about the materials of the furniture that appear to be leather else you will leave their not knowing. I do like that the manager gave me a credit as agreed for a pleather furniture repair issue.

I've been coming here with my mom for years, but 6 years ago when I moved into my new home and needed furniture, this was where I came. I recently moved into another new home, and again I returned to Metropolitan. They have a great selection of items to fit every style and the customer service is superb. My favorite sales rep, Scott B. is awesome! Oh and not to mention their pricing is reasonable.

Don't understand how we didn't get great customer service, but alas we did not. We did get a great deal, but later found a small but painful piece of metal sticking out on the back of the large sofa. I was told I can bring it back (I do not have a large delivery truck) or pay over $100 to them for a truck. The sofa is defective, but somehow it's my fault? Tried to speak to the owner several times yet never did. Anyway, covered the mini needle of pain myself and will be taking my cash elsewhere in the future with better service.

We had a great experience. The showroom is very nice. GREAT PRICES! We were not hassled by anyone. Ricky was very helpful. We went to the place next door and found it to be awedul so we walked to Metropolitan Furniture and boy are we glad we did! We were looking for an entertainment center and not only found one at a great price, we also bought a new dining room table! Great job guys!

I bought a chaise couch from Metropolitan. It's a really nice couch looks beautiful in my home. I was disappointed he didn't throw in the two pillows displayed with it but for the price I can't complain. The showroom has a large selection of accent to go along with the beautiful furniture they have there. I will definitely go back there again when I'm looking for another special piece.

I really like my furniture. It's different from what I have seen in other stores. The prices are very good. Nice selection of accessories. The sales person Jay was excellent. Not pushy or overbearing. He was also helpful in explaining the operation of my fireplace unit. I will be doing more business with your store and referring others. Verna
