Truck driver here, delivery is easy. You have to come from the north because there is a cement barrier in the median. Will be a blindside back off the street but it's a wide street so pretty simple. Staff at the delivery will help spot for the back. 8am traffic was not too heavy, large gaps in traffic flow made the back easy. And it's straight back once inside.

Quick place to make a delivery. Call ahead though, they will come out and help you back in from the busy street. Thanks guys.

Great experience all the way through! I worked with Ken who was super nice and helped me find the exact type of HON chair I was looking for. The chair was delivered ahead of time and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I was a little surprised to see that Desks Inc only has a 3.6 rating on Google, especially when I compared my experience there to other office furniture companies in SLC that I visited, a few of which have 5 star ratings on Google but delivered a sleazy 1 star experience.

So watch out for those companies and their fake reviews! If you are looking for a new HON chair or any office furniture for that matter, I highly recommend Desks Inc of Utah!

These guys always go above-and-beyond for me. I only buy from them because their installation guys alway help move things around that they don't need to just because they are good people.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a sales rep, ever. If I could give them no stars, I would. My company had dealt with them previously, about a year prior to our recent experience, and had no complaints. We order custom desks, and so our purchases are never cheap, however I did not feel like our sales rep valued our business at all.

I could never get him on the phone, he did not consider my questions to be important so I had to ask them three and four times to get an answer. Our filing cabinets were on a five to eight week lead time, fine, that is what it takes, however one of them was backordered, and we were not notified. I called three times to get an installation time, and then they missed that appointment.

When I called to inquire if someone was still coming, our rep seemed to think it was funny, and then informed me that the installers "must have just run out of time". Every time I called, the background noise from the sales floor was loud with loud laughter from I can only assume was the other sales reps. Finally when we did have the install done, they tried to charge us an additional fee on top of what we had already paid to move two other filing cabinets (that were ALSO purchased from them previously) despite assurances from our rep that the additional work was included.

The absolute limit was when I informed the sales rep of my unhappiness with the service, and he attributed it to "Murphy's Law". No sir, not Murphy's Law, but apathy on your part. I did find the receptionist helpful, although it seems like their office cannot run when she is absent, as someone else who had answered the phone on one instance told me I couldn't be helped until she returned from vacation, "Because she knows about all of that". All in all, I would not return here, and will not when we are in need again. If they don't value our business, we will take it to someone who will.

They listen to me and ask anyone who knows me that is difficult to do. I want things done right and the service was at Desks was great. I did house cleaning today to make room for several pieces of office furniture. I don't know if I have ever been treated better. Thank you much.
