Ok least expensive outdoor sofa was 3k! Sticker shock 5xs! Sets were 5-7k! Great place if you're a millionaire maybe! Yeah maybe nice stuff but crazy crazy expensive period! They can keep there 10 year warranty. I'll pass on paying thousands on outdoor furniture in Florida.

Great selection of furniture but however the prices are insanely marked up. I get you need to make money at a brick and mortar but this was literally price shock. This isn't the only review I've seen about this. Good luck but do your due diligence. Not for us.

Love my fire pit but don't expect to get assistance with warranty. I am been trying to get touch up paint for 6 months now!

We purchased a beautiful table from Patio Land. Unfortunately the table had a defect and the table manufacturer (not Patio Land) went out of business. Even though it was not the fault of Patio Land, the care and "above and beyond service" we got from Patio Land was amazing! They really went the extra mile to help us, and we would highly recommend Patio Land! This is great to see in today's world - Patio Land respects and values their customers by offering creative solutions with the customer's satisfaction in mind!

A good variety of quality outdoor furniture. What was remarkable; delivery folks forgot to load a table and chairs onto the truck. I mentioned that those items were the only items that were important to me as we had limited furniture during our move. A few hours later, and at least an hour out of their way on a Friday night, they came back and delivered the furniture! That's what I call first-class customer service. Rare to find level of service from any store. Bravo!

We recently moved to Florida about a year ago and have truly enjoyed the outdoor living style. Patioland USA has been helpful for each of our purchases, starting with table and chairs. Then, we added a sun umbrella (colors are still bright and fresh)! For the holidays this year, we are adding a sofa and two swivel chairs, plus an ironwork coffee table and end table.

As always, delivery was on time, then (Brandon and Logan) were friendly and helpful, making sure it was arranged to our liking. They finished with a nice surprised a bottle of wine and thank you note from Becki Duke, who helped with all the selections and details, including a military discount. As always, quality and service are exceptional! Make this your one stop for all things for a happy outdoor experience!

This is a really cool outdoor furniture place that is basically in lutz so a much better location for those of us that live around here. Salesperson was very pleasant and not intrusive. The furniture itself was great. A lot of different options and full sets available. Prices are pretty expensive though, for example compared to rooms to go outdoor.

Overpriced.they are selling a bench for $500 where I saw the same bench at a home improvement store the same day for $200. I walked the entire store to see that all prices are marked up double the price just to mark it down half off. Do not recommend it. The selection is not appealing either. Instead of driving to this location there are many other options around including the internet.

Best place in the Tampa Bay Area for outdoor furniture! Great selection, many manufacturers to chose from and most pieces can be made custom with fabrics and finishes that compliment your outdoor living area.

Upon arriving this place is very nice. Employees are friendly & helpful.(there's a couple that cld work on being nice & efficient) The prices are ok.some could be a little lower but overall they're decent. My issue is when I say I'd like to look around quietly first to get a "feel" of the store. Employees don't seem to understand that concept most of the time.

I was interested in a piece of furniture a while back. When a brought up the stain on 1 of the seat cushions I was told it'll probably wash off! I asked for a replacement & I was promptly told that's more work & then everybody will expect the same thing over "a little stain" that it's "no big deal". Yes! It is!

I spent thousands for what I thought was superior patio furniture and was even talked out of getting covers only to have mold and mildew that has not only penetrated the outside but even the inside cushions and lining, feeling disappointed. Employees were nice and professional and furniture very comfortable but quality of product inferior cause unable to sit in them so can't recommend. Ill have to figure out how to get these clean. Their recommendations did not work.

Have had the pleasure of purchasing from Patio Land USA for decades and have had many wonderful pieces over the years, of great quality and styles. Jay and the staff at Patio Land are very helpful and when we recently purchased a few more pieces, we found something we liked right from their massive catalogue selections! Have been searching to update my patio furniture and found Patio Land to be wonderful place. Great attention from sales associate who recommended good pieces for my outdoors. The prices for the great furniture material were unbeatable and the delivery was excellent and on time. I want to thank them for making this experience wonderful.

My husband and I purchased a new home and we needed to find comfortable contemporary styled furniture for our lanai. We searched both online as well as several stores in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Brandon areas. After narrowing down the brand and style of furniture that we liked, then we searched for stores that carried the brand of furniture we selected.

The manufacturer website indicated 6 stores carried the specific collection we were interested in. We visited each store and received their price for all the pieces (chaises, 11ft cantilever umbrella, sectional sofa, chair, ottoman, end table and fire pit table.) The quote we received from Jay at Patioland USA made it worth the hour drive. Jay was a pleasure to work with.

He answered all of our questions and assisted us with our selection of cushion fabric and accent pillow colors. Additionally, the delivery crew was prompt and courteous. They were very careful when moving the large pieces into the lanai. Excellent customer service overall! Jay even called to make sure everything was OK and to ensure our complete satisfaction. Patioland USA truly cares about their customers and are passionate about providing personalized service and they carry an extensive selection of quality furniture brands.

Having lived in Tampa for quite some time now, I have had occasion to visit Patioland of more than a few occasions. I find their selection to be fairly extensive & appealing. The quality & warrenties seem good. The sales staff can be overbearing & a bit pushy. If they think you are not a good candidate for a sale, they seem to disappear. Bottom line, they are outrageously overpriced & too expensive!

I have literally compared apples to apples. In my experience, if you take the exact piece of furniture, by the same manufacturer, & do some homework, about 90% of the time you can find the product at a lower & much more attractive price. Hey its a great place to browse & get ideas. Dollar for dollar, unless you hit a great sale, the merchandise is overpriced.

For those, that money is not a factor, it is a great place for you to drop a load of cash & get exactly what you want. What's a girl to do? Money is a factor in my major purchases, just the facts of life, so I usually need to shop elsewhere.

I purchased patio furniture from this company 5 years ago. BTW the other folks comment about the cost of the furniture is spot on. The furniture costs is ALOT of money, which is way I want back to them when I started having problems. I contacted them regarding a warranty claim on both inserts and cushions because it was under 5 year warranty. The vendor replaced 10 bottom inserts (which supports the cushion or your are on the floor) for our furniture at no cost to us.

The bad news is that Sunbrella took 3 weeks to investigate our fabric and denied it. It was annoying but I learned how to clean the fabric (which works) as well as a vendor who will clean it for you. The customer service lady, Tia, was amazing. She project managed the entire process and was so friendly and professional. While I was happy with the repairs, customer service, I will being going to Palm Casual for our next round of patio furniture.

Holy high prices Batman! I'm sure the furniture is high quality, but the sticker shock is real. Helpful staff, nice showroom, nice variety of nice quality stuff, but the prices are high. I'm not saying the merchandise isn't worth the price, I'm just saying that I was in major state of perpetual sticker shock during my entire visit to Patio Land. If you check this place out, make sure your pockets are deep and that your credit limit is high!

1 star because they are rediculously overpriced. So much so that we had to laugh as we were browsing the store. The furniture didn't match the super high prices. If money is no object, they've got some nice stuff though. This one will be marked off my list.

Bought a patio set, fireput plus two lounge chairs about a month ago, within a week I had stains on the loungers. I emailed the store and the emailed me back with directions to get the stains out, did not work so I emailed them back, did not get a response so I emailed again, they had the rep for the furniture email me more directions, still nothing! It's now two weeks later and have not heard back, I was told I had a 15 year warranty but apparently that was not the case as the stains won't come out and no one is offering the replacement. Spent over $10k and they don't stand behind the warranty they claim? Purchased another set for my parents home from way fair. Last time I shop this store.

We had just redone our pool lanai with Travertine, outdoor kitchen/fireplace but had no furniture. We worked with our interior designer and Melissa White at Patioland to furnish the newly designed space. We had a a great experience. Melissa was excellent to work with. She was a great listener and was very informative in terms of our options. We went with Ebel. Melissa arranged to speed up the delivery since we were having our family coming from out of town for the first time.

The furniture came just as she promised. The delivery was white glove- literally. The furniture was delivered wrapped. The guys put everything in place and then put on gloves to put the white cushions on. They were also very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Melissa White and Patioland to anyone looking for outdoor furniture. I cannot give a higher rating or recommendation. Every vendor should emulate this experience. We love the furniture and it transformed the space into a very comfortable area that we use on a daily basis. Thank you!

This is a huge patio furniture store with a decent website. Helpful clerk with 6 years experience. Their merchandise is pricey but classy. They have many fabric colors and many different options. Lots of comfortable choices. Their prices beat Leisure Furniture (Winter Haven) by 10%. They have no delivery charge withing 50 miles ($15 gas fee). They cannot compete with the warehouse stores (Lowes, Sam's, Target)--if you can find something comfy and colorful there. But if you have champagne taste, this is a great place. (It beat Robb/Stuckey, Pottery Barn in my opinion.)
