They have quality furniture with prices that tend toward the more expensive, they know their furniture, and stock well, The salesman we have encountered on a few visits is helpful and knowledgeable, he will know immediately if the piece has sinuous or 8 way hand tied springs. If it was constructed with kiln dried hard woods or if there is plywood in the construction.
If you shop here you are basically saying your looking to buy a piece that is going to last a while, and that the value added with the increase in price is worthwhile to you. Do your homework first, do some research about how the furniture is made, about the grades of fabric, and the springs, etc., it will pay dividends for sure. Expect that their entry level sofa will be in the $1600-2000 range, however it is a product that is significantly superior to the Ashley and LazyBoy products.
They will also offer some medium as well as higher end brands, we sat on a lovely Hancock and Moore sectional that was about $8k, while we haven't been ready to purchase anything the day we were there, my feeling is you could negotiate a bit on price. You will rarely get a discount you don't ask for, give it a try. Nice store, salesman is pleasant, prices are at least in the middle to upper tier.
