Trendwood

My teenager bed broke twice with in two years of purchase. The wood is split and the frame is broken. Yet this company is only willing to send me some wooden boards. I will never buy their products again. I suggest you do the same.

July 2020. My Son was employed with Trendwood, we went to the location to pick up his last pay checks. Millie, the HR Manager immediately printed two checks and had my Son sign a release form and after he signed for them, they were released and deposited into my savings account. I was charged for both checks and additional $30! Found out from my Institution, both checks were written on a closed account. I reached out to Trendwood and have been unsuccessful reaching Millie or anyone to remedy this situation. I've never had a company write checks on a closed account!

Bought two sets of furniture for my sons bedroom. Unfortunately I made it home with the first, and when we started unpacking boxes we stopped at two, and returned the set to AFW. I gave plenty of pictures. Unfortunately the only other set in stock that any of us liked was from the same manufacturer. We unpacked every box they had in stock, and every single one of them had issues. Damage, missing finish, extra holes in the wrong places and puttied over, wood that didn't get sanded completely, and joint upon joint upon joint not lining up properly. This stuff is absolute garbage. You'd find better furniture hitting garage sales while drunk.

Moving a disassembled clubhouse bed from one grandson to another. Original assembly instructions were long gone so contacted Trendwood and received the instructions within an hour. From what I can see the bed appears to be well made. It has made it through one very active grandson and headed for another.

We purchased from Living Spaces, this past weekend. I love the fact its made here in Phoenix, but quality and final inspection of the finished product is hurting your sales. We bought the Sedona series bed and toy chest. 1. Toy chest was not completely stained on back side. _Returned 2. Bed rail had split pieces from screws being torqued to much. Returned. 3.

Wood slats for mattress cracked when I installed wood screws. ** Most of these deficiencies could have been avoided if the Quality Control dept had been doing their assigned task. Wood slats need to be cut a little longer and predrilled holes would eliminate the cracking. Take pride in your work and don't let your US job be shipped off to another country. BTW the sales staff didn't even know your product was made in Phoenix.

I've had Trendwood bedroom furniture for years and have never been disappointed. I currently have the Laguna dresser, nightstand and bookcase and after 2 years - still in great condition. The customer service here is great - if you're not satisfied with your purchase they will ship a new piece of furniture.

Don't know what to say about the furniture from here but if the workers are representing the quality of furniture they shouldn't be allowed to sell dog beds. The absolute slowest shipper I have ever been to to pick up a load. 3 guys loading my trailer, ask me to turn on my reefer unit to keep trailer cool while the load, after 3 and a half hours of loading I go to check and they have only loaded half the trailer and are camped out one sitting on his pallet jack the other two sitting on a pallet inside my trailer just talking. Not working. I haul slot of furniture loads and have never taken over 3 hours to get loaded. This place is a joke.

I bought this balsam fake cancer causing wood junk poorly engineered furniture from City Furniture in July for 1500.00 $ The beds 2x4 support frame broke the same day. I weigh 190lbs and the bed floor would bend in 3/4 inch easy where you lay straight on a thick top of the line mattress. They use junk staples to hold the dresser assembly in one piece and they expect some flimsy 3/4 x3" planks spaced apart to hold any real weight.

Don't buy any thing from this company. There is no quality control and very poor engineering. I spent 150$ to put a complete 3/4" plywood 54 1/2 X 75 inch plywood plank and 2 support truss assembly to make this thing strong. Ask for pics I got proof of this Junk. Don't buy anything.

I ordered the Visions nightstand in Amber. It was not amber (yellow) it was red! the store did a re-order in a natural finish with the Trendwood Rep's help. I received a receipt for the re-order. Later in the mail i received a receipt with a different item number. Upon receipt of the item i called the Conlin's Outlet store manager. She confirmed the Trendwood Rep changed the order to an unfinished piece of furniture.

I advised her i paid for a finished piece but she had nothing to say. this nightstand is poorly made. I cannot remove the drawers, nor the back. It is rough sanded in side the drawers. what junk! a bad experience both form the store and Trendwood.

Recently purchased a "Captain's Bed" and it's not yet assembled. It's the second one of two which were available at the warehouse. The first was obviously damaged, the second appeared better. Upon partially unpacking, I found damage to the head-board which was hidden by the box, appears to be relatively minor and repairable. In a nutshell, while not "high end" this furniture is pricey enough to expect it to be undamaged when picked up. The problem, as I see it is that the packaging is not sufficient to protect the contents form anything more than minor bumps, scratches and dust.

We ordered a bunk bed from this company and it was not in great condition when we received it. The company quickly sent out a new bunk bed and it was in much better condition. I was impressed that they righted a wrong and treated me fairly. This company has pieces you can't find anywhere else and my son loves his new bed.
