Got furniture from these guys 20 yrs ago At the time it was longer than they had said it would be But when we received it it was great. Top quality furniture. We recently moved and all the furniture we bought from them sold with the house So we had them build all New stuff for our new home Again great job, even better this time around Appreciate your craftsmanship you do not find this type of furniture anywhere else Solid wood quality made the way you want Love it love it love it

We had furniture ranch do a custom office for our home. Although it took longer than expected, the final product is outstanding. We are very very happy with the quality as well as the professionalism of the crew that installed our office. We recommend furniture ranch 100% Great job and thank you

We bought a bedroom set from these guys when the first opened around 25 years ago. We still have the bedroom set. My son wanted a new bedroom set for his room. Told them what he wanted and it was custom designed for exactly what he was asking for. One of the drawers broke two years later and they fixed it at no charge. They are reasonable and helpful.

I was immediately impressed with the furniture here at this location. I was interested in a dresser, a employee suggested another option and said he would message me the information via text. The next day I received a text to talk about the furniture, he said it was 1,200 which I already told him it was above my budget. I informed him that I'm looking for furniture in my studio because I'm a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.

So he showed me another dresser that wouldn't work with my decor and he suggested a trade. He stated that " Need every thing drained" in a special area and sent me a emoji of an egg plant. I feel very disrespected as a business woman and will not be giving them any business. As for any other woman I suggest you do not as well, this is unacceptable behavior. I have the screenshots to share this conversation with other agencies, maybe 3 on your side. What do you think?

Ordered 1 Vanity and 1 Barn Door on Aug 4, 2021 they took full payment that day said it would be 12 to 14 weeks never heard from them again went in at 12 weeks They had not taken measurements at this time of the area. The Owner told me that day it would be 16 weeks to completion. Now 11/29/202116 weeks after ordering and full payment. I call the business talk to the owner he tells me we are about to start on it and we need to come take measurements.

Absolutely the worst customer service and scheduling anywhere in this state. Is only statement is I will refund your money we are really busy. This guy is a joke and a scam artist using others customer payments to build prior customers products. I will be taking him to small clams court to get interest on my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dining table from The Furniture Ranch in April 2021. I was told it would take 4 months but after 5 months had heard nothing. I was a bit frustrated and tried to contact the store. They often do not answer the phone. Anyway, I finally got to speak with one of the owners and they promised me the table would be ready in two weeks. I'm guessing if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. Anyway, I did finally get the table.

The table itself is beyond beautiful and its exactly what I dreamed it would be. I mean I LOVE the table. If you want a custom piece you should strongly considered this store. However, please know they are VERY expensive, you will wait a very long time and their communication is poor.

Sept. 2021 update. Finally got a refund after 10 months and numerous contacts. Got Let Joe Know involved and that did it. STILL NO CONTACT FROM THEM. BEEN MONTHS! DO NOT USE FOR CUSTOM! DO NOT USE THEM FOR CUSTOM! Ordered a bed Nov.2 Delivery 4-6 weeks. Paid $2200 down. Bad move. After no contact called at least 4-5 times over 5-month period and it was always 2 more weeks.

They never called us after the deadline had passed. Very poor communication from Vinny and Gabe (Owners). Cancelled in first week of April after owner Gabe asked me not to call again. What an outfit. DO NOT USE THEM FOR CUSTOM. They are probably OK if you buy off the showroom as their furniture looks nice.

They do not ship on time, my order is two months late. They keep saying it'll be ready in another two weeks then they say it again and again. I ordered in September. They said 8 weeks, I still have nothing

In 1999 we re-did our bedroom & went to Furniture Barn when they were on Union Hills. They made us a metal Queen size bed frame, 2 wood night stands, an accent table & an Armoire. In 2007 we went back to them & had them make us a King size bed frame. We are always happy with their quality & workmanship.

I would give a ZERO if I could. Measurements were done by Gabe and installation is done by three others, (two who don't speak English very well). They came at 10 am and left at 6 pm because of all the "adjustments". That is what Gabe called it each time custom pieces had to be cut down 4 inches, or disassembled. The door they hung looks like just that, a hanging or floating door.

You can see in the room with a 3 inch opening. He charged me $7,000 for a Murphy bed and rolling door. After I gave him half down, he told me that he did not charge me the taxes and labor which was going to be another $2,000. When I was going to cancel he told me, "I ll just do it". The quality is way over priced and I had to seek another source to fix the sides of the wall where you can see in the room, and keep the door from wobbling.

We bought a couch from the Furniture Ranch about 5 months ago, and it's beautiful. People always ask us, where did you get this! We love it.

I can't say enough about the quality of work and pride they take in their furniture they make. we first bought a home here in Arizona in 13 they made all of our furniture special order to what we needed.we recently bought a new place the moving company said they have never seen such heavy solid furniture. I said I was sorry. They said don't be they are used to moving cheap furniture that they are afraid to move cause it will break or fall apart they were so impressed with the quality.

What business makes sure after years have gone by after building It is concerned about what they built for their client to make sure nothing happens to the pieces? We called to ask how to take it apart for safety Gabe went 3 steps further. He sent his guys to take it apart so the movers didn't have issues and nothing got broke scratch or damaged. We will need some things for our new home we won't even think twice about going any other place to have them made, when a moving company that moves all sorts of furniture says this is the best furniture I've ever seen in all my years, you know you got the best. Beautifully designed and on-site built furniture. Many nice accessories too. I found a table lamp that blends nicely with our furnishings. If you are looking for high end quality and not copy cat styles, this is the store for you!

Just bought a couch and matching love seat two end tables and a coffee table. Absolutely love them. They are beautiful and such great quality. I love that I can pick out exactly what I want.

I love my new couch and loveseat. We thought about having our old one reupholstered but in the end it was less money and a better value to get brand new ones custom-made. Quality is excellent. Plus they got them done quicker than originally planned. If you're looking for more south western type furniture. This is your place.

We ordered furniture via an interior decorator but also worked directly with Furniture Ranch to choose some custom made pieces. They delivered the furniture as we r not local, and at the beginning we were happy with the look and what we thought was very quality furniture. Upon delivery, the inset wrought iron design was incorrect and they forgot. the interior hardware and lock of a file drawer that was part of a secretary desk.

Because we r not local, they promised that they would come back soon and put in the interior hardware and put in the lock and bring back the inset wrought iron when it was finished. We had an appointment for them to come, and they never showed. We tried to make.

They make very nice furniture and can pretty much build anything you want. Once made aware of a few concerns with my pieces, they were quick to take care and find a great solution that has me very happy. Will be doing more business with them.

We just had the Furniture Ranch design, build, and install furniture for our two home offices. The design is exactly what we wanted--they even came out to measure and make sure that we were ordering exactly what we wanted. The furniture was installed on schedule and the installation team was cordial, helpful, and left our home clean. The furniture looks fantastic and everyone who has seen it loves it, too!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality workmanship done by the Furniture Ranch guys. Not only does our kitchen look brand new, but the guys were very well organized, knew what they were doing, and did a good job of clean up as well as protecting the rest of the house from the dust while working.
