Really fantastic, flexible service here. I got a call as soon as I placed the order, and when they were out of one item I ordered, they upgraded me to a larger table and better teak finishing for free. Then when one chair was damaged in shipping, they immediately sent another. McGiver Flores was incredibly available and responsive. What a refreshing online experience!

Purchased replacement cushion covers and the customer service was great. I sent a picture of my Babmar furniture and they knew exactly the size needed for the covers, I didn't have to take any measurements! The made-to-order cushion covers are excellent quality and a fair price. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased an L-shape patio set 7 years ago. Aside from replacing some cushion covers due to sun/weather exposure, the furniture still looks new. I do bring it indoors during the winter months (Colorado) but it has certainly been exposed to some severe unexpected blizzards. Anytime I have needed replacement cushions, the customer service has been unbeatable. :-)

After many years of owning several outdoor patio chairs and a large sofa, I decided to order new cushions and covers. I was assisted by McGiver Flores, Sales and Operations Manager. They were shipped to my home in Fort Lauderdale and are beautiful, of high quality just like the originals, and fit perfectly. I have no doubt that cushion and fabric orders can be complicated, but McGiver Flores' excellent communication and attention to detail resulted in the perfect replacements being custom made and shipped to me promptly. I will look forward to doing business with Babmar in the future.

We found this company when we needed our outdoor cushions reupholstered. We called just about every upholstery company in San Diego, and Babmar was the cheapest and fastest. They spent many hours with us helping us pick the fabric and worked with us on price to meet our budget. The quality is superb. The seamstress asked for pictures of our seating arrangement and matched the stripes from the back pillows to the bottom pillows perfectly. Our point of contact there was Macgyver, but everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and professional.

So, I purchased a HUGE amount of these furniture 4+years ago. After a little over 3 years I had some issues that I emailed Babmar about. initially they were not very accomodating but after speaking to the production control manager (I think his name is Ilya) he was amazing. he said "that of course they would stand behind their product" and after being VERY patient they arrived 6 weeks ago to our house. Thank you Babmar for truly being the customer service oriented company you are! I am recommending you to EVERYONE!

We have enjoyed our Swing 46 sets for 7 years on the North San Mateo County coast. The frames and wicker are still like new while neighbors are having to replace their other brands due to deterioration. We have been taking our cushions in, when we remember, and only now have had to replace a few of our favorite pieces covers. The foam cores are also still like new. I would highly recommend Babmar for ease of purchase, price and quality. In fact, now in our new home, we are ordering new sets that better fit here.

I have given Babmar five stars for a good reason. The design elements of their modern outdooor furniture is the best I have ever seen for the price point. It looks and acts like very high-end furniture. I started my process with Ilya, one of their personell, and he was extremely capable in getting me everything in the process from purchasing to delivery.
There was a problem with my custom order, but it was completely resolved. This is why I recommend them. Not all companies are as good to you, or as helpful during trouble. Their customer service is top notch.

OK- Babmar Customer Service Manager called me this past Friday (May 5, 2017). He was VERY apologetic regarding the response I received from the customer-service rep, when I initially contacted them. He said that of course Babmar & their owner want ALL their customers to be 100% satisfied. He requested I take some photos of the damages pieces and they will send me replacements.

I bought a set of outdoor patio furniture and after about a year I had an issue with one of the pieces. They ordered a new piece and after a few weeks got the new piece to replace the old one. David was accommodating throughout the entire process. He stood by his product and I'd buy more pieces from them in the future.

Just got our newest addition to our Babmar collection on our roof deck-- our Palma right arm lounger with side table. it was shipped and delivered within a week of ordering and came in pristine condition. once again, we LOVE the light weight but sturdy-looking character of the furniture we've purchased at Babmar. the bright orange cushions are so cute, and so glad that they are zip-on/off and washable. great value as we got it on the clearance page of their website. great product, great service, great store!

I can't say enough good things about Babmar. The quality and styling of the furniture is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Francois was extremely helpful and the owner David was a pleasure to deal with. They don't try and "sell" you at all; the product sells itself. The fact that major hotel chains buy their products to me says a lot about the durability of their product. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know who needs outdoor furniture to Babmar.

Since posting my original review (1 star), Babmar contacted me regarding the defective table top. Within a few days, they picked up the table, replaced the top, and returned it to our backyard - - all at no cost since the damage began during the warranty period. We are very pleased with this turnaround in customer service! While we would have preferred to have seen this kind of service without having posted an unfavorable review first, the end result is excellent.
All other pieces we purchased originally (2-3 years ago) are holding up very well. Overall the quality is excellent. I would have given them 5 stars all around but given the recent pre-Yelp posting hiccup in customer service on the damaged piece, I'm giving them an overall 4 stars.
