My very expensive ergonomic office chair I loved for years starting leaking hydraulic fluid, so I needed to buy a new one. I decided to check this place out and they helped me find an amazing chair. Unfortunately, because of supply chain issues, it will take 4-5 weeks to receive. They had other chairs that were good and in stock, but this was the chair I wanted. They had me download and sign into an app, complete the information and pay for it. It was very simple and easy to do.

Don't know if it's the guy we deal with but he does NOT represent well for his company. He drops the ball on even the small of items we order. It takes months, years and sometimes, we never receive items ordered or asked for. He has every excuse or points the finger in someone else's direction. But he is a manager - therefore, making him at the root of the issues. If you need something - do not use John Owens!

Office Environments is the only authorized Herman Miller dealer in the state, and they don't disappoint. They have great service, very knowledgeable staff, and a tremendous number of customizations, fabric swatches, and the like to choose from. They also have a good selection of floor models you can try out before you buy, which is one thing you can't do online. Blake helped me out when I was there, and he did a solid job, staying after hours to drive with me to a partner's showroom here in town. Definitely check them out if you're looking for high quality office furniture. You can't beat having a local dealer for things like Herman Miller's warranty support.
