The owners of this store give the most exceptional service, great selection and an unparalleled shopping experience. We bought a crib, dresser and changing top almost 4 years ago and are using the same set still in perfect condition for our second baby. We recently lost the hardware for our crib in a move and I called and the owner was able to reach out to the manufacturer to get replacement parts years later. Incredible! They also had freshly baked cookies at checkout when we purchased our crib!

I've had several experiences with this company over the last few years (I did a previous review on a crib we bought) and continue to only use them for our kids' furniture as a result of their amazing quality and service. I had to write another review given an experience I just had. Tonight - a couple years after buying one of our cribs from them - I had a random question about converting it to a bed.

Per usual, I got a near-immediate reply and they remembered who I was, had looked up my order, and told me about pieces I purchased to solve my issue I didn't even realize I had purchased! They were so knowledgeable about the item and reached out to the manufacturer for me to get any additional information I might need. They also texted me a quick update.

It was just so thoughtful and kind - above and beyond again! I really can't recommend this company enough. Their prices and customer service can't be beat. I don't think I've ever had such excellent service all around from another company.

High Chair. Excellent Communication. I live in NYC. They shipped within 10 minutes after I placed my order. Neat packaging. Delivered safely. No tax and price is very competitive. I bet you can't beat their prices no matter how many coupons you use from bbb. I am looking forward to buying more from them.

It can be difficult buying furniture online (I'm in Cincinnati, OH), but I have only had the most wonderful experiences with Baby Furniture Plus Kids and couldn't recommend them more. I purchased my son's furniture from them in 2019 and their customer service was EXCELLENT - the quality of the furniture was wonderful and I received super fast replies any time I had questions.

I therefore chose to purchase my daughter's furniture from them a couple months ago and they were once again fantastic to work with, especially when it came to a special order request I had this time and changes to delivery timing from my side given delays in moving to our new home. They held the furniture until we moved in and gave updates throughout the process. They were super accommodating and so kind! Their prices are also competitive. Highly highly recommend!

We traveled all the way from Asheville NC to come to this store specifically to see the Romina collection crib set. We ended up not picking that one, but we are so glad that brought us to this store! Shopping in this store has been one of the best shopping experiences that we have had by far. The employees are super helpful and kind. The baby furniture, stroller, and car seat all had to be ordered in but they would send me notifications often when an item were to come in and with an update.

Since I live 2 hours and 45 minutes from the store they held all my items so I only had to make one trip down to pick them up and they even loaded them in my SUV. The store is kept clean and had a good selection of different baby products. The employees also take time to demonstrate and educate you on the product you are interested in. And they have a lot of nontoxic items which is a plus! This store was 10/10 worth the drive and I would recommend for everyone to shop here! Excellent customer service! I ordered a furniture set for our nursery and the communication from start to finish was top notch! From initial inquiry about availability, to shipping updates, and solutions for damaged items in shipping they were simply the best! I live out of state and felt like I got better service with this company than face to face in some local shops! Communication was even done by text message which was very efficient! I am so impressed with the attention to customers! Definitely would buy from here again!

My husband and I went here to look at some pieces we had been researching. They carry Nuna brand (our favorite) but the store had tons of great pieces, great sales, and really quality items with lots of variety! We were overwhelmed at the service though! Everyone we encountered was kind, quick to serve and answer questions, and went above and beyond helping us find exactly what we wanted.

The were very knowledgeable on everything they carried and Dillon even went above and beyond to install our car seat we had just gotten! Definitely would recommend and certainly plan to return for future needs.

I was so pleased with the experience I had ordering from Baby Furniture Plus. We have had a hard time finding furniture we like that is in stock for baby number 2. I spoke with someone over chat on a Tuesday(they are closed Tuesdays). They were quick to respond, very helpful and professional. We found the furniture we wanted, that was in stock. Placed the order online, we got a text back that it would ship two days later! Wonderful service!

My husband and I loved this store! We went to check out some gliders and they had many options to test out in person. We also loved exploring the wide variety of cribs in person as well. The staff were very helpful and one in particular (wish we got his name) spent time talking to us not only about the products, but things to consider as first time parents and how we want to parent as a couple. It was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back:).

I love our nursery furniture! It is solid wood and beautiful. It was very well packaged to ship and had no damage from shipping. Shipped super fast and customer service was on point! I took some amazing pictures of the furniture but it won't let me post.
