We highly recommend Casual Living of Columbia to purchase good quality outdoor furniture! They have a wonderful selection of offerings to choose from. Owners, Dottie & John have a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in their field and are wonderful to work with.even through challenges such as supply chain set backs, etc. Our most recent purchase was a Designing Fire Oriflamme - coffee table sized fire table, which we are extremely happy with. We'll be sure to return to Casual Living for our future outdoor furniture needs.

Very high quality outdoor patio furniture. They delivered my furniture today. The delivery were excellent and helped me set up my patio so I could make the most out of my space! If you want high quality outdoor furniture this is the place to go!

I only go to Casual Living once a year and that is for there famous after Christmas sale. I have purchased some of the most beautiful holiday decor from here- this is much better quality than what you can pick up at your local Target or craft store. They do sell some really nice outdoor furniture as well and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I ordered some patio furniture from Casual Living. The initial order was placed online. However, this turned out to be a complicated purchase, with some items back ordered and then some problems with the delivery (none of the issues were the fault of Casual Living). Throughout this process, Dottie was in constant communication with me, both through email and over the phone.

She made sure that I understood what was happening at every stage of the process and was enormously helpful in getting things resolved. She even contacted me a few times to check back and see how things were going. I cannot remember a customer service experience that was this positive. I'd recommend Casual Living for this reason alone, but should also add that they have very high quality furniture at very competitive prices.

Quality merchandise and a team of sales staff that focus on "customer first" and that honor product warranties! I was prepared to purchase new patio rockers but advised that my products might still be covered. Sales staff took the time to research, interact with the manufacturer and replace product at no charge. Superior service and definitely the place to shop for your outdoor living needs! Sheila

Casual Living is the place to shop! They back up their merchandise. We bought a patio set with table, chairs and umbrella back in 1995 from Casual Living on Two Notch Rd. The last storm we had here in Columbia SC, our table glass shattered. We took the table to a glass shop to have the same glass replaced and they wanted to charge us over 700.00. We decided to go back to Casual Living not thinking anything could be done But we founded out they back up their merchandise and had the same type glass was on our table they had in stock at the store.

Long story short they replaced our glass and it only costed us 214.00 and was ready the same day. Now that is amazing service and I recommend you to try Casual Living and you won't be disappointed. We love them (the owners ) and the merchandise they stand behind!

Just spoke to the nicest and most knowledgeable lady, Mary Beth, at the Casual Living on Forest Drive. She explained everything there is to know about stainless steel outdoor furniture and how it compares to aluminum furniture that's been powder coated. Neither one rusts, which is what I need. Casual Living is the only place on the internet that published articles on what to look for in stainless steel and aluminum outdoor furniture and I appreciate that. Mary Beth's knowledge on the subject, however, and how generous, kind and hospitable she was, was what was really impressive.

For years we had needed to upgrade our patio furniture and within minutes Dottie, and later John, were able to solve all our needs and wants for furniture, cushions and a door mat. How wonderful to do business with such helpful, experienced people! It's a cross between a small, family-owned business (with local friendly people who have great knowledge) and also the resources of a large business. Perfect customer service! I've passed by Casual Living on Forest for a number of years and heard nice things about the store and it's owner Dottie. Upon entering we were immediately surrounded by numerous beautifully decorated Christmas Trees, each with their own theme. It sort of reminded me of a smaller upscale Carolina Pottery (various ribbons, ornaments, and other indoor decor).

The store is small and was quite crowded, considering it was small business Saturday and close to closing time. There were only two employees working which probably is more than enough at other times throughout the year, they were both continuously helping customers with custom ribbon cutting and purchases. After wandering around the store collecting little items here and there, I remembered to check in on Yelp - and to my surprise a 50% off ALLLLLLLL holiday decor coupon popped up.

Just for checking in! My boyfriend and I were super excited and decided to grab a few more items "just cause." After a few minutes of waiting at the register (both employees were busy and apologized for the wait), it was our turn. I proudly showed the sales associate my coupon andddddddd she had no clue what it was. She immediately got on the phone and called Dottie who also said she was unaware of any 50% off coupon. Bummer! Anyway, I was given 20% off of everything, which I was appreciative of, I think the situation was awkward for everyone.

Upon leaving, I shot a message to our yelp community ambassador and Dottie (whose business card was on the register) notifying them of the incident. Dottie replied and apologized for the confusion and also suggested I sign up for discount notifications on their website. So all-in-all I loved the store, the cute one of a kind items I got and the excellent customer service I received! Shop local!
