My dad ordered a chair there. Took 10 months to get it. They finally brought the chair and it doesn't work. He's been waiting a couple months for them to fix it. Not very professional to me and I would never buy anything from there.

Love it.there the only one's we will deal with and we've been dealing with alcohol for years. They treat you like family. They back up every thing they sell. If you have a problem there on it.

Kept pushing a white refrigerator. I told him. I wanted black. Well this one is brand new just delivered today. Left with out white refrigerator. Will never go back. Now I remember why I haven't been there since Oct 1987.

Stopped in to see about a Recliner. Found several in my price range that I really liked. Purchased one and it will be delivered Tuesday afternoon! HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!

This is a place that you do not want to overlook when you are shopping for appliances or furniture. First of all as you can see by the reviews, they have been in business for a long time and are well known in the area. We were looking for a new washing machine and shopped around, went to all the big box stores in Steubenville and Pittsburgh. then we realized that we forgot to stop at Alco.

They didn't have as large a selection, but with their experience, they always seem to know which brands hold up the best. We bought a GE front loader with all the bells and whistles for $200 less than at Lowes. I think that its because they just don't have the overhead that the big stores have. Another plus was that we bought it on Monday evening at closing time and they had it hooked up and running Wednesday afternoon, Actually the man that sold it to us was one of the 2 men that delivered it. (low overhead) Another plus they are great people.

Stocked the stove we wanted. Couldn't find it at any of the big box stores either. Really helpful staff too.
