Hard to read details on site. Rude on the phone. Was referred by a friend but would not ever visit there or do business. Started jumping at me & blaming me.for asking questions. Think they used to be in CP.& had an issue with attitude after a flood at my house & ended up spending on $10,000 at a competitors company.

[update]: just trashed furniture which bought for around $3000. Please go for it if you want to trash your hard earned money and Cheaters.arrogant.rude (Your hard earned money will be looted) I should have red the reviews before buying. I have bought it recliners, though I am getting decent price and they say its lifetime warranty. They are simply disconnecting the call by saying its only 1 year warranty. poor quality.

The staff here was very friendly. We didn't like what they had on the floor but asked about some others pieces we saw at a different store. They were able to order it and the prices were comparable.

Great owners and staff. More than helpful with loading and ordering. Quick service.

Wish I would have read the reviews before buying. The prices are enticing, but consider yourself warned. I was impressed with the prices and large selection, but I've never had such a difficult and abrasive experience with any business after making a purchase. It's a shame because Shelley was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The owner Steve is the complete opposite in every respect.

I purchased 7 pieces - a bed frame w/headboard, night stand, dresser, entertainment center, coffee table, kitchen table and a two sets of chairs. Several items came in with defects - scratches, dents, splinters and even an uneven slanting surface on a night stand. I was persistently told all of it was "part of a rustic design" and "not affecting the functionality of the furniture".

They did replace 3 out of the 4 pieces after being fragrantly condescending with much arguing. The dresser they wouldn't replace after the 3rd dresser still had defects, where they had sloppily taken the mirror off leaving a threaded indention in the surface. When I confronted the owner about it, he responded by chuckling and telling me "screws don't go on the top of a dresser", and then after seeing it, said "aren't you going to put a tv on it?".

He kept arguing and eventually asked if I would consider a credit instead of replacing so I compromised. After 7 weeks of not hearing from them, I finally called and was told the manufacturer wasn't willing to do any credit and that he'd give me a discount on another purchase. He finally offered a $40 check after stating that the furniture I had replaced was completely fine and told me "that's what you do with furniture, you use furniture markers".

I was willing to make compromises, but when he became increasingly rude and condescending, I decided to cut my losses and cease all contact. I was going to let all of the above go unspoken, but everyone deserves to know what they're getting into before purchasing at this place.

Very simply put, the lady owner (Shelly) was very pleasant to work with. However, her husband is the rudest human being I have ever come across both over the phone and in person. Talked rudely from the get go with my wife and then myself on another day. Bought real leather couches 2 months ago and already have a stitching problem. Warranty in place, but what they don't say is that you are responsible for bringing product back to store and then warrant company picks up from there and brings to another location. Not a good warranty policy at all. I'd rather take care of it myself than to have my new couch toted all over central Texas.

Just prior to moving to Texas last February, we found ourselves needing a new king-size mattress. My daughter, son-in-law, and I were looking for one in anticipation of our move and stumbled into this place at their previous location in Cedar Park. The people working there were very helpful, and we bought a new king-size mattress for $900. My wife and I have slept on it for almost a year, and it is a GREAT mattress.

We needed yet another mattress for our casita, and the other day we searched their location and found that they had relocated to Liberty Hill off 183. We ended up buying a queen-size mattress and just brought it home. Like the first visit, the people were truly awesome and just as helpful as they were with the initial purchase. These people are tremendous, they are extremely helpful and will not scam you. If you need furniture go to this place first, they have great prices, they deserve your business, and you'll be happy with what you purchase.

We were shopping around for couches. Decided to try this place, loved the people, loved the atmosphere, and were very understanding of my 4 small kiddos. Told them I needed to shop around just a little more as they were out first stop. They were very understanding and helpful. Worked out an amazing deal for us. Really listened to what you want/need and what you can afford. Delivered next day, all wrapped up very nicely, promptly on time. Will definitely buy all my furniture from them in the future! Great local family owned store!
