Great selection, great prices and great service. They had the type of dining set we had been trying to buy for a few months. They had it in stock in their warehouse and could have delivered the same day. We even bought a new bed set for the kid. Exceeded expectations for sure, and this wasn't even our destination.

Body count less than a year ago our dog stood the bottom of the couch we thought we had bought the warranty mysteriously the warranty is not listed on a receipt call DNL manufacture doesn't provide parts or fabric couch was less than a month old and no one's helping them I would never use his company again or the company newclassic that made our furniture stay away!

Great collection of nice furniture pieces. Price is great and they deliver for an extra cost $100-200 depending on the nature of items and distance.

Customer service is one of The worst I have experienced the sales agent wouldn't let me talk to a manager or owner

Found the same exact furniture at D&L that I did at American F.G. for hundreds less. HUNDREDS LESS. They have a unique inventory and friendly staff.

Thomas was great. he allowed Me too make payments as I could and he kept in touch! always remembered Me an greeted Me with smile and care! oh yes the delivery Men were on time and friendly. I gave tips even though I needed a little discount

Initially we tried to buy something we wanted and the lead time from the manufacturer was too long and the sales person kind of annoyed us being too pushy. Fast forward 1 month knowing exactly what we wanted and a lovely young lady on the phone gave us pricing and lead time and off we went to the store to make the purchase. The same sales person as the first time tried to mess up the sale again by raising the price and telling us a different(longer) lead time than we got on the phone.

When we pushed back everything went back to the original terms we were told on the phone. Fast forward less than a week and our furniture arrived way early and was delivered fast, prompt and very professionally. Overall experience was very good and I would recommend the store.

My husband and I were in the market for a new sofa and loveseat set. We had gone shopping the previous weekend and struck out. In addition, the prices and quality we found were both too expensive, or looked like it wouldn't wear well. We drove by D & L our way to another store and decided to stop. It was a very happy accident! Found exactly what we wanted at an affordable price.

The set is high quality, pretty--and most importantly, comfortable. Their staff was super helpful and we were able to pick it up from the warehouse that same afternoon. Totally worth the drive from Citrus Heights. 2 thumbs up!

4/3/21 - I would've given this a 5 star if the boss lady wasn't so rude and the delivery guys wore masks today. We walked in because I wanted to refurnish my entire bedroom from my dark furniture to white. I had cash in hand ready to purchase and kindly asked to see if they would make an exception and do a same day delivery. Not that I demanded or expected it, but I just wanted to know. I'd be happy to pay extra if they were able to do so. Van T., my salesman was very kind and wanted to help me out as he saw I was struggling to stand because I'm a cancer patient.

He kindly accommodated my needs and reassured me he'll do the best he could and even apologized for my illness. Not that he needed to, but because he had compassion. That was very kind, so thank you Van. 5 star for you! I think you should get a bonus for my transaction too! The boss lady, however, was extra rude and yelled across the store letting the entire store and customers know they are fully booked until Monday. So, with my money in my pocket, I told Van that if they can do same day delivery, I'd buy right now.

If I have to wait until Monday, I'll go somewhere else. Van, reassured me I'll get same day delivery and quickly completed my transaction. The delivery guys were right on time. They were in and out within 20 mins, but one of the guys didn't wear a mask. My daughter kindly told them to please wear a mask because I'm a cancer patient. One of the guys pulled his mask over his face right away and the other ignored it.

We went in to get a love seat and found one which we thought would be perfect for our living room. It was a pretty set. Ken assisted us in the process. Once we had the set assembled in our living room we noticed one of the buttons on the sofa was popping out. Also we ended up not liking the set because we needed something bigger. We called Ken and he was very communicative and told us we can return the set and pick something different from the store.

Which we did. We found another sofa set which went perfect with our living room and ended up getting an area rug for a good deal. D&L has a lot of good items in the store which I will be definitely going back for. Thanks for all the help Ken!

Everything went well up until my delivery date. My husband and I went there to look for a u-shaped couch. We purchased one for $2,600. The salesman told us we would need to wait a little over 3 weeks because he had to order it from Vietnam. We said no problem, he told us it would be delivered to our house April 5th. That was a Monday, on April 4th we threw out our old couch to be picked up by the garbage truck Monday morning so we could have room for our new couch that was getting delivered.

So fast forward to April 5th I called d&l furniture to see what time they were planning on delivering the couch & the lady that answered proceeded to tell me that my salesman had the day off but from what she could see our couch was still in Vietnam. We didn't get a courtesy call or anything I had to call and find out myself that our couch wasn't arriving that day. The next day he apologized for not calling us ahead of time. But unfortunately for us we were left couch less. To this day we still dont have a couch.

We came to the store just to get some ideas for updating our furniture. I was so pleased to see the high quality items for every room. We purchased a high table dinette set and a dresser that day. We came back to buy the living room set, with recliners in every section! The salespeople are friendly and attentive. They delivered was on time, every time! The pricing is comparable to its quality! I will definitely come back for the lovely wall art and accessories.

I bought a couch in a dining room table from DNL. I want to stay around July 2019, about January the footrest start loosening up so I kept my eye on it finally got real loose. So I called D&L furniture store, they were closed due to covid-19. So I called Guardian because I had the insurance on the furniture Follow the directions of guardian. Get an email back saying set this does not cover by Guardian.

Furniture should not be breaking down this fast and me not being able to contact anybody can fix it or replace it but yet I paid an extended warranty of $139. So hopefully when and if D&L opens up for business, they take care of this one chair I have.

Purchased a two piece sofa set from them for an excellent price. I've literally looked all over the general Sacramento area and for this specific couch, they had the cheapest price. Same quality and color we wanted as there is many color choices to choose from. Ordered the couches and they delivered to D&L Warehouse before the date he provided us by 2 weeks.

They work really fast, Lee is very respectful. He was calm and polite to us from the very second we walked in to helping us with our replacement couch since one was received with a little gash on the side of the couch. We picked up the couches and one ended up having a small gash. Lee had no problem ordering a replacement couch and let us hold on to the couch they sold us until the replacement was delivered to their warehouse then he delivered it to our house and took the defective couch.

Such a pleasant purchase and he made it so easy. I didn't stress about a thing because I knew he had me taken care of. He showed all the effort by calling me with updates and helped me through the whole process. Gonna go back and buy a bed frame and a whole lot of other things. Thanks Lee!

We love this store and bought many pieces furniture from them. Sales people are very nice, delivery was fast, quality is good, and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

If there's a ZERO star option I will give this store less than a Zero. Danny the sale rep is rude and very unprofessional. Went to this store today and end up buying a whole bed set. Bed set was delivered today and beautiful except for the mirror taking lots of space. Went back to the store same day in hope I can return or exchange to something else. DANNY did not disclose that there is NO return policy on purchased items, as a customer service associate that is something that should be told to the customer before purchasing. Danny did NOTHING but argue rather than finding ways to help customer on a same day purchase.

Very good service but not like an annoying salesperson following you around. Very informative and plenty of options. Check it out!

My all time favorite furniture store! I've spent about 10k at this store and I always refer all my friends and family! Great customer service, they always have lots of choices for what you are looking for, and they have an awesome financing program. I had two great experiences with the salesman Tom. First I ordered a couch and after a couple years of sitting on it the cushions began to go flat. Tom ordered me replacements and covered the cost for me!

The second experience I wanted to buy a bedset but didn't move Into my new home for 2 months. It was put on hold for me with no money down and when I came in to purchase two months lately the transaction went smoothly and I was even able to get delivery the next day. Thank you for your services and you have a lifetime customer with me and my family!

If I could do a negative star I would. A salesman guaranteed he'd hold our bedroom set that we paid for already for 2-3 weeks and when we came back too tell them when to deliver it, they said that we wouldn't be able to get it tell a whole two months later because it was back ordered that's so wrong you don't guarantee somebody something and take their money and then when they come to get it you don't have their item anymore that is just trying to get their money and and to find out they never had it in stock in the first place so he lied to us when he sold it to us WORST SERVICE EVER! SCAMM!

My mom sent me here to window shop for her new place. I thought it'd be a bit boring but John Nguyen made everything move so swiftly. He was so nice and welcoming. Not to mention their prices.$530 for a 6 piece queen set is a good deal. I would def recommend

St time in a long time shopping for a bed set. went to a lot of different furniture stores and none comparable to d&l! the employees are super friendly and keep it real! went to purchase a 6 piece bedset and got a very great deal that i just couldn't turn down! so excited and can't wait until it arrives! john was very helpful and didn't pressure me to buy anything. kept it real from the gate and treated my family very well! will i ever recommended them to my friends and family? yeeeeeees

My experience with them was wonderful! They were patient with me from start to finish. I had my eyes on something waaaay out of my budget and they helped me find a sectional that was just as nice and also within my budget. I LOVED that they were not pushy and allowed me to shop in peace until I was ready to talk business. Since I was looking at something I couldn't afford lol they found one similar and went over the finance options which was American Finance (I think).

I had to pay off 1300 off in 90 before being charged interest (I did). Making payments was a breeze. The reps aren't rude at all and making payments online was super easy. The thing that I really loved was, I went in on a Sunday and most places don't deliver on Sundays and sometimes the same day. THEY DID! It was quick and they were careful with the furniture. I'm very happy with my service and couch! I will always keep them in mind when needing more furniture.

I came to this location because they could offer me the best prices on an authentic Ashley leather sectional. It was about 35% off from all the other price quotes I had received. I think they did a nice job, I even was able to finance the furniture over three months and not have to pay that high of a fee to do so. If you are like me and have a harder time saving up for big ticket items, financing might be a better option (as long as they don't totally gouge you in fees.) They were attentive and relatively friendly, they addressed any and all of my questions in a professional manner and the delivery guys were careful and courteous about my goods. I will definitely come back to this store when I have something else I might need to finance for my home.

I felt like years ago, they use to have recent trends and styles of furniture. We have purchased furniture from this store in 2015. On my recent trip, none of the style stood out to me. Anyways, it's a great place to get your household furniture and the deals are great here.

I've been purchasing my furniture from this store for many years and have never had a problem until recently. My auntie and I both purchased a two piece couch that looked grayish/ blue and when she received hers first it was Brown! My order won't be delivered until tomorrow so that gives me time to rethink this mess! I asked the delivery guy and he stated it was the correct order number.

So I called the store and they said it's the lighting in the store that made it look that grey/blue color! If I like I could bring the couch pillow In to compare the colors. WOW so my question is what lighting do I need to get this grey/ blue couch I paid almost $900.

My boyfriend and I came to look at some furniture for our apartment and at first, no one came to greet us or ask if we needed any help. They just looked at us like we were kids. I'm sort of used to this because I'll admit, even though I'm in my 20s, I often get told I look 14-16 years old. What kid comes in to buy furniture, right? After looking for about 5 minutes, Thomas then comes up to us and asks what we were looking for. Thomas informed us on their deals and didn't pressure us to buy anything right away.

I liked how instead of showing us the more pricier pieces, he was making sure we knew about deals and mark downs. I love a good bargain! My husband and I went in last month for the first time to check out the place. We were looking for a bed set because we recently moved and didn't have much. The customer service was pretty good; as we walked in they greeted us and asked if we needed help. I was surprised with the variety of furniture they had. Van helped my husband and I with the bed-set.

After looking around for 30 minutes, we finally decided on a 6-piece that included the bed frames, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. The display one was in mocha, but we wanted it in black to match our decor. They had three different colors so I'm glad they had what we wanted. I gotta say I love my nightstand because I was desperately in need of one.

I had recently saw one I wanted to purchase at another store, but the quality was not all that so I am glad I waited because I got a better bargain here. We got the set for a decent price. We paid for the set, but my husband and I were going to be out of town for a few days so they were willing to work with our schedule and deliver it when we were home and available. Having our bed-set for over a month now, I can honestly say that I love it.

The frame is sturdy and did I mention I love my nightstand and dresser. I will definitely purchase more furniture from here in the near future. I highly recommend if you are looking for some high end furniture for a reasonable price!
