Our salesperson, Cindy, was amazing. While we had sticker-shock at mattress prices, we learned a lot. We may come back some day. If you go there, please, ask for Cindy.

Everything is great unless something goes wrong. I have been battling with them for over 8 months on replacing something that was purchased with a protection plan. Their tactic is to constantly drag their feet and delay in till you hopefully just give up and go away. 8 months later still getting the same bulls*it. Any money you put toward a protection plan might as well been flushed down the toilet. I highly recommend business elsewhere or at least accept your buying "at-risk", because they are NOT going to make it right.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with them. They don't work around schedules, and they have delivered our dresser broken 3 times now. Didn't get our mattress protector for months after purchase. Poor customer service. Delivery guys were great. People in the store not so much.

Wanted to buy a couple dressers in this place. Only sold full sets of furniture unless you were looking for something terribly cheap, but at a high price. I thought the sheer size of the place they would have a good selection but I was incorrect.

Buying from Knoxville Wholesale was great until it wasn't. Less than a year into ownership the couch i bought started to fall apart. I contacted the warehouse and they sent a tech, the tech replaced two cushions - and now there is a huge gap between two cushions. I contacted and another tech came out, I was told by the technician this couch was a known issue couch and he'd let his manager know.

I waited 20 days before reaching. Out to the warehouse and was told this was just wear and tear. But that's not what the Tech said. I told Sheri that I was told the couch would be reviewed and taken care of, then sheri told me this happened after my warranty ended, but this has been an ongoing situation. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back with there's nothing she can do. They sold me a horrible couch and refuse to fix the issue. STAY AWAY FROM KNOXVILLE WHOLESALE

Great furniture store. Gina was very helpful and knowledgeable which made our experience even better. Love this place.

My husband and I bought recliners, paid in full, and they were to be delivered 2 weeks later, today. We moved furniture around and some into the garage to prepare, we also have family coming. They called this morning and we were not added to the schedule by our sales Rep. I spoke to the manager Johnny, to see how he could accommodate to get our furniture here today.

He was unwilling to do anything to get our furniture here today! We were a repeat customer, but will never do business with them again. Johnny is arrogant and not customer service oriented. I would Not recommend doing business with him.

When you are waiting on your furniture and you book 2 weeks in advance. They tell you they will call between 9-11. They lie. Waited til 11 then was told they would call by 12. That's unacceptable and then it's still a broad time of 1-3. Or whatever. I paid good money for my furniture but their delivery stinks! Now since I can't stay and wait I had to reschedule for 2 more weeks. Horrible and paying $100 delivery fee. I won't buy anything else from them because their delivery is the worst I ever seen.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my entire experience with this establishment. While in the process of choosing and making my purchase, they were all over themselves trying to be helpful. Once our money had been taken, service became non-existent, we were unable to get ahold of our sales person on most occasions, call backs took forever, if they came at all.

It took almost four months to receive our entire order, Much of which needed repair when it came in, they have taken months to accomplish the repairs as well. At one point, were called for a delivery appointment to which the driver never showed up and didn't call. This prompted a rebate, which over the course of a month and a half were told several times the check was in the mail, and still haven't received it either.

As far as I'm concerned, I will NEVER again use Knoxville Wholesale Furniture, and absolutely would NEVER recommend them to my friends or anyone else. If looking for furniture please go to another business.

The place has nice furniture, prices are competitive. I have been waiting on a bed I purchased in April, still sleeping on the floor. Pretty annoyed. Three stars for lack of communication and slow delivery, 5 stars for their delivery guys. Preston is a great guy who makes sure your items arrive unbroken. 5+ stars for the best dude working there Dan the floor salesman.

Purchased 12grand worth of furniture less than half was delivered on time and none of it was set up properly 80 percent was missing could not get call backs on issues in a timely manner. I do not recommend shopping here. I know I will not.

We had a great experience, from the time we walked in, AV greeted us, and walked us around as we tried out all the sofa recliners. He was very friendly and professional. They have a lot of made in America products another big plus. What we wanted was in stock and he was able to set up up with delivery the following week. The delivery guys were awesome and professional, they gave me a window on delivery between 3 and 7, these guys still had a delivery to make after they made it to us at 7 pm, so be patient when waiting on them they work really hard to get your product to your home.

Polite staff and very helpful on picking out furniture. The furnitire is of good quality so far. The staff, when picking up furniture, could be more professional and polite, while not calling each other idiots. It took over 45 minutes to get five pieces.

Not a bad place to get inspiration. Prices can be on the higher side and staff will give you the used car salesman experience. I know they're just trying to help you find what you're looking for, but it's a bit over played.

Still waiting. Really disappointed. I would have given 5 stars but I still haven't received my fenials for my headboard and its been over 2 YEARS! I've been waiting for them. I got the ones for the footboard just not headboard. I spent over $30,000 on furniture there and still no fenials and a lamp I bought has never worked. My salesman Marty was EXCELLENT! Never heard back yet.
