Color tyme has the rudest customer service employees ever I have bought thousand of dollars of stuff from this company but after their customer service representative this week I Will never buy another thing again

I was sitting in a Subway in Orofino, Idaho having dinner and a collection person from the Clarkston WA store came in and was demanding payment or the XBox one of the employees apparently owed on. The collector was verbally abusive and loud not caring that this person was working, that there were customers in line and sitting at tables eating. i. understand that he was "doing his job" but to use profanity in a public restaurant in unacceptable. The gentleman behind the counter was keeping his cool asking the collector to wait and they would talk outside when he was done, but the collector was not having any of it.

I would highly recommend ColorTyme 100% without a doubt I'm not better and lot and they're able to deal with the customers a lot better you have a better experience with them two thumbs up

If I could give this place a negative rating I would! After my merchandise was paid off they continued to get money out of me and my husband. Even went as far as coming to my home and trying to pick up the items that WE PAID FOR, even sending fake notices with growing amounts (1st one $900 2nd one $1500) stating that they were going to sue us for merchandise that we ALREADY PAID FOR!

We got to the point we wanted the harassment to stop so I told them I want a refund on the money I paid and they can come get the items. even gave them a time frame that they can come get it. NO one came but the next day we had another notice that they stuck in my door. I called again and gave them another time frame and they still never showed up. BUYER BEWARE! this place is up to some really shady practices and if you speak to a fella named Dean there he is the slimiest head liar in this entire place.

You much better going to put furniture on layaway then coming here. As I am still going through this entire hell with them I will update on how this turns out. my next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also contacting their corporate office.

I would give a star if it was optional! The Kankakee IL Colortyme just charged our card without permission and charged us for well over $150 dollars more than what our payment was. We've had our couch two weeks and with the amount they charged we cannot get our girls their Christmas gifts nor put food in the house to eat. It also took away the gas. need for my fiance to get back and forth to work.

They can take the couch back and return the money we don't owe and if that's not possible I'm taking it to court because that's theft and as far as I'm concerned they broke their own contract and is heartless! I will not be returning!

They help u, they are affordable, they really care. Simply I love them.

Please boycott Color Tyme the Kankakee IL store manager is racist as well the service the furniture they delivered was broken there own delivery driver told me the previous renter was badly beaten up on it they charged my debit without my knowledge falsely enrolled in auto pay to justify it please share and let's get this out here make them treat people of color respect.
