The Scan Home family, specifically Dee, went above and beyond to help us find the best new bed to meet our needs. She was very prompt with communications, in person and via email, and was patient as we flip-flopped before making our final decision. Dee did not hover around or pressure us, which was something we had experienced with other sales associates in a couple other furniture stores.

She gave us the time and space needed while we explored all of our options and excelled at making us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Scan Home, as a whole, carries extremely well made products with beds made in the US from real wood not particle board. As a bonus, when we were in the store, we got to dote on Taco, Scan Home's canine mascot, while we waited on quotes and paperwork to be finalised. Can't recommend Scan Home enough!

Went shopping for an office chair and not only found a great chair, the sales lady was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Chair shopping was a new experience for me and was happy to have someone guide me through the ergonomics of them. My chair will be delivered today!

Bought a specialized Palliser zero gravity chair in November. I hoped it might be in by Christmas or my husband's birthday in February. Neither happened because of a delay at the Palliser factory. This was not Scan Home fault, but management was awesome in making it up to us with the delivery. Most of our purchases have can from Scan Home. Thanks for always being professional and courteous.

I will say they have exceptional furniture, high end yes, but it's worth every dollar. We have seen some of the most amazing pieces in Norwegian and Danish furniture which is our look, Modern & Natural. So today we bought a Stressless Couch a Stressless Chair and Ottoman and a gorgeous dining table by Skovby. We're going back tomorrow for our leather dining Skovby chairs.

So comfortable and goes with our bar stools for our kitchen island. We've also decided on a Coffee table and End tables set. We love Scan. We have our guy too. Josh, who has been to our new construction house and walked it with us. He met our architect and can really get a feel for what your working with and will steer you so right. You will too fall in love with classic modern and the clean lines. So happy!

Excellent products and even better service! We've worked with Jackie a number of times over the years to furnish our home and found her to be extremely knowledgeable on their service lines. She's always been tremendously helpful, personable and responsive. Couldn't ask for anything better!

My wife and I have been buying furniture at Scan Home for years. We have always had excellent service and have been pleased with the furniture we bought. We have tried other stores, but keep coming back to Scan Home.

Scheduler forgot to write in delivery date. Who does that? beware. Furniture may be what u want but customer service for delivery very lacking.

Bought several items here recently - called the salesperson to get a table that matched one that I ha JUST bought - she said no problem and confirmed that I would be in later THAT AFTERNOON to pick up the floor model. When I showed up that day to return a damaged item I had unpacked that day, they had already SOLD the item I reserved. Really?

5/2011: So far, so good. I've gone in once, and got good service. We're going to buy a chair from here this summer, will update the review when I actually buy. *Edit, 6/2012: I went back, ordered the chair, and went to the warehouse to pick it up. The warehouse guy was nice about advising on how to assemble the chair we chose. The chair has held up well, I'm impressed with the quality. I've also ordered a desk since then from them, had it delivered and am extremely impressed to have a nice, furniture-store desk, with delivery, at a very reasonable price! Yes, they have some expensive pieces, but you can find really good deals there, just in the regular merchandise, not even in the sale parts. I'm definitely a fan!

I purchased my Dining room table and 6 chairs. My sofa, occasional chair & ottoman, coffee, side and entry table, as well as my Jesper Brand wall unit all from Scan Home. Their delivery fee is the lowest in town, I've checked all the furniture stores. It was nice to work with a consultant to get it all in the correct color scheme and make sure it would all fit in my condo before I made the final purchase. P.S. They moved to the Dover Center.

I'm sure Scan Home's furniture products are high quality and all--even if they're not, they do offer a truly amazing selection of futon covers, which is something--but wow are they expensive. More importantly, their website is miserably out of date. I went in looking for a Cordaroy bag, which their site claims they sell, with pictures "coming soon." But a member of the sales staff told me that they haven't sold them in quite some time, as "that supplier is no longer available to [them]." I guess I should have realized, when I saw the $399 chair--nothing special, wood, goes around a dining room table with 3 other $399 chairs--that the Cordaroy bags, expensive though they are, are just too low-end for this establishment.
