I recently purchased a beautiful Stressless leather ottoman at Danish Furniture Colorado in Longmont. It took a long time for me to make a decision, but Becky was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, not at all pushy, and was ready to take my order when I was comfortable with the purchase. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch.

I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers.

This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! And, I'm delighted that Danish Furniture Colorado is here in Longmont and that Becky and Samantha are so willing to go the extra mile to please their customers!

After visiting various furniture stores for months, we decided to splurge and buy a very comfortable Ekornes love seat here. Delivery was more than a week earlier than expected. A problem did arise when the new-furniture smell did not wear off promptly, but both the store owner and the company rep came to our house to check it out, and they arranged for the love seat to be treated by leather experts in Denver.

All this was accomplished very pleasantly and at no additional charge. We love our beautiful little sofa -- the perfect bright color for us -- and the outstanding service we received.

Ordinarily, I am not crazy about in-store help. I normally know what I like and do research for big ticket items. I am really not crazy about hovering sales folks. Nan at Danish Furniture of Colorado is the exception to that general rule. She was gracious and super knowledgeable about the Ekornes Stressless furniture they sell. This furniture is pricey, but very, very comfortable.

Even more, Nan reviewed how it made and how to make the right decision about 'fit.' We had really not planned on buying today, but thanks to Nan, we did. Great store, great product, great saleswoman!

Just stumbled into this store by chance, and it's a hidden gem! Their layout is great (not too cluttered like most furniture stores), and everything they have is well-made, real wood and leather. The service is great -- they're attentive, but not pushy, and I didn't feel pressure to buy. We ended up buying some chairs and side tables from them, they carry an ergonomic brand of furniture that's truly the most comfortable and relaxing thing I've ever sat on. I strongly recommend checking them out if you're looking for high-quality furniture.

This store has timeless, elegant furniture which is built to last thru the generations. Absolutely beautiful displays which shows the furniture in settings which reflect how it would look in your home. Art work on walls are from local artists, Everything, and I mean everything is designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. It was like visiting an art gallery for furniture. it was that stunning! Staff was helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable! Loved it all!

Great furniture, but, wow. prices out of this world. You better have a big budget if this is where you're buying furniture.
