Kyle was welcoming and helpful but low keyed ~ no sales pressure, which I really appreciated. He held my request of furniture for me until I got back to him later that day. The delivery was scheduled quickly. It was a very professional transaction! Thank you!

In my opinion they have really nice stuff, they could use employees that could be a little bit more informative! We recently bought a table there which none of their stuff is cheap it is well made but I would think that we would have been told that if you buy a table there and it's a table that has a whole for an umbrella that they would tell you at the time of your purchase you might want to buy a stand for that umbrella because our tables will only work with our stands.

When we had a hard time finding a stand for an umbrella we went back to be told this information. When I ask the salesman why they wouldn't tell a customer that at the time, I took his remark as if he thought I was stupid! His response to me was why would we do that why would we make our furniture to fit someone else's things. I feel he didn't answer my question because I wasn't asking him why they only make their stuff work for their stuff I had no idea that their tables were designed to only fit their umbrella stands.

It's too bad with the way the world is now but they couldn't be a little bit more informative and care a little bit more for their customers as high as everything is nowadays

Wonderful experience. I bought patio chairs, a swing, and green egg stand. I was out of town during the delivery but the it went very smoothly. The drivers call me multiple times to check exactly where I wanted things set up. Couldn't be more pleased.

We worked with Kyle at Fruehhauf in Westminster. He was very helpful in answering our questions and also patient as we thought through our process of picking new outdoor furniture. An added bonus is that they are storing our furniture until our new patio is completed.

Kyle was knowledgeable and easy to work with when ordering our patio set from Fruehauf's. The set was delivered exactly a week after ordering in store and everything was in great shape and the delivery guys set it all up for us and were very friendly. We had a great experience all around.
