I had this cedar chest that I inherited and 2 of the feet had come off. I found Newcastle on Yelp. I contacted Craig and we were able to schedule a drop off appointment same day (great convenience for me). He looked over the piece and gave me a fair estimate and promise delivery date. Craig was done with the work earlier than promised (bonus for me) and kept to his written estimate.
The work was beautiful! He removed the casters as promised and re-attached the two feet that had come off, he even did a little extra by filling in some of the nicks and dings. He even offered assistance and guidance if I decided to refinish the piece. I would highly recommend Newcastle Furniture Company, I will recommend Craig to anyone who needs furniture repair. I feel extremely lucky to have found such a good craftsman/ artist.
